New and used 2025 Honda Pilot for sale near Salem, NH

It all started with a phone call to your dealership and Barry answered the phone and from there we had an hour drive Barry had what we were looking for and held it for us he then turned us on to another car sales man in sorry I lost his card but he was great as well. I would for sure recommend this dealership. We bought a new car and felt satisfied with all that worked with us to get it done. Thank you all.

I have the TrailSport and I tow a 3000lb camper. Positives: 1. Ruggedness. I have off road tires and steel plate. I don’t plan to rock climb but camping and exploring often comes with bad roads and if your family is with you, this three row is superbly equipped and capable. 2. Comfort. The Trailsport is tuned off road but what a nice cushy ride without a lot of truck-like bounce. Potholes barely disturb it. 3. Layout. Really easy to jump in and drive away. I did not need a two-hour class at the dealership. A good blend of old and new. Not to hard to get into the menu to reset seats and few other things. 4. Towing. I towed 3000lb at 75mph with no problem. It was steady, tracked well and with the trailer brake (added on) it stopped just fine and gas mileage was great at about 13-14mpg loaded up. I was as high as 11,000 feet. It’s really a great all purpose family vehicle to tow the camper or boats. Negatives: 1. Solid black vinyl interior. You only get black and it gets hot as xxxx if it’s in the sun with a window down or door open. You cannot get ventilated seats. Honda, seriously, add another lighter color. 2. You cannot get a bench middle seat which I prefer and is in ALL the other Pilots. 3. Speed. The power is good but it’s geared for off road and towing so really it’s a neutral but it will not take off like lots of others unless you press the pedal pretty hard. It’s not lacking, just takes more pedal travel. Overall, I love it as a good value for the money, well equipped with the 360 cameras I love and tows and does dirt roads well. I would NOT get this model for soccer team suburban duty but if you do real SUV things then it’s hard to beat. I am also not afraid of future expensive repairs being a Honda with a tried and true engine.

Great professional people and courteous. Only negative was a broken mirror they didn?t seem interested in fixing. Took $ off price for repair/replacement.

My only issue has been the HondaLInk. Haven't been able to install and its been almost a month. Very comfortable ride and very powerful. Got a Elite Black Edition

My first new Honda after selling GM BMW Chrysler and Subaru for 34 years. Good quality so far very reliable. Don’t like the auto start feature but this can be turned off. 3 rows without paying for a full size GM or Ford. Workmanship and fit and finish is good

I had the greatest experience with Kelly Honda I would recommend them if you are purchasing or leasing. The salesperson Luis Santiago was caring respectful. There was no stress leasing a new car. I got a great deal. The finance department was great too. If you want great service I would recommend Kelly on the Lynnway. There was no pressure no going back and forth. The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

A shuttle brought me to and from the bank where I could get a cashier's check. Rebecca Rideout gave me her contact info in case I needed it because I had to come back the next day for a state inspection. The state inspection at Cambridge Honda took less time than expected (and I got a complimentary donut and coffee while I waited). All in all, I got quite a fair deal from Honda. And perhaps just as important (especially for me, since I was buying my first car), I got a whole day of service and help so that I could be on the road with peace of mind the very next day!

I recently purchased a 2025 HRV Honda because of Carlos Polit, he was so friendly and did not pressure us into anything. I came with my husband and friend randomly without planning to buy anything on that day, but carlos proved us wrong hahah. We had so much fun during the test drive and he offered us amazing espresso and drinks. He also gave us a good rate for the car, I’m so happy and comfortable with my purchase and super excited to drive my Honda! In every maintenance visit I’ll plan to buy Carlos a free iced coffee for the good times we had together!
