My first new Honda after selling GM BMW Chrysler and Subaru for 34 years. Good quality so far very reliable. Don’t like the auto start feature but this can be turned off. 3 rows without paying for a full size GM or Ford. Workmanship and fit and finish is good

Kayla Hoskins at Germain Honda was very knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and great social skills. She listened to what I said in order to provide the best options to present to me. This allowed for both of us to work together rather than the cliche of being pushed into a car. In terms of the car options, she presented options. In terms of common sense, something like offering someone water when it’s hot out makes a difference. Very easy to talk to and communicate with. The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

I went to Germain Honda for my civic’s a/c and met with Justin Daniels. Justin was very professional and quickly got my car diagnosed. The repair was covered under an extended warranty that Justin helped me with. Justin also explained a few other items that my car needs repaired but wasn’t pushy about getting the repairs done. I had great conversation with Justin and felt confident he was looking out for me and my vehicle’s best interest. I hope to see him again on my next visit to Germain Honda.

Jake Gelormine was our sales person. He was great. He was a pleasure to work with and was always quick to respond with communication. Also dealt with pre-owner manager Vinny Malorni. Again, a pleasure to work with. Both went above and beyond to get us what we needed and take care of us.
