New and used 2025 Honda Pilot SUVs for sale near Maple Grove, MN

I would like to leave this review for Chris Liszewski . He’s been amazing with helping me get my new used car. He literally helped me with every issue and barrier we I encountered. five out of five stars for Chris !

I have the TrailSport and I tow a 3000lb camper. Positives: 1. Ruggedness. I have off road tires and steel plate. I don’t plan to rock climb but camping and exploring often comes with bad roads and if your family is with you, this three row is superbly equipped and capable. 2. Comfort. The Trailsport is tuned off road but what a nice cushy ride without a lot of truck-like bounce. Potholes barely disturb it. 3. Layout. Really easy to jump in and drive away. I did not need a two-hour class at the dealership. A good blend of old and new. Not to hard to get into the menu to reset seats and few other things. 4. Towing. I towed 3000lb at 75mph with no problem. It was steady, tracked well and with the trailer brake (added on) it stopped just fine and gas mileage was great at about 13-14mpg loaded up. I was as high as 11,000 feet. It’s really a great all purpose family vehicle to tow the camper or boats. Negatives: 1. Solid black vinyl interior. You only get black and it gets hot as xxxx if it’s in the sun with a window down or door open. You cannot get ventilated seats. Honda, seriously, add another lighter color. 2. You cannot get a bench middle seat which I prefer and is in ALL the other Pilots. 3. Speed. The power is good but it’s geared for off road and towing so really it’s a neutral but it will not take off like lots of others unless you press the pedal pretty hard. It’s not lacking, just takes more pedal travel. Overall, I love it as a good value for the money, well equipped with the 360 cameras I love and tows and does dirt roads well. I would NOT get this model for soccer team suburban duty but if you do real SUV things then it’s hard to beat. I am also not afraid of future expensive repairs being a Honda with a tried and true engine.

I found a nice looking vehicle and bought it sight unseen after speaking with John Sims. It turned out to be a great vehicle. The price was as listed and there were no difficulties or upselling attempts.

My only issue has been the HondaLInk. Haven't been able to install and its been almost a month. Very comfortable ride and very powerful. Got a Elite Black Edition

My first new Honda after selling GM BMW Chrysler and Subaru for 34 years. Good quality so far very reliable. Don’t like the auto start feature but this can be turned off. 3 rows without paying for a full size GM or Ford. Workmanship and fit and finish is good

Ron Bouchard Honda is a no nonsense partner in the car buying process. They listened to what we wanted and were very fair with their trade in evaluation and discount offers. Communication was regular and clear.

The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Anson helped me make my purchase. He did not pressure me in any way. He only helped me to find the car that best suited me at a price that I was comfortable with. He was personable, patient, and very helpful. All the staff at this dealership was so nice and helpful. On February 29, 2024, we bought our 6th Honda Pilot from Altoona Honda. They once again made us an offer we couldn’t refuse but it doesn’t end there. On September 4, 2024, we had our Pilot in Chicago on vacation and my wife noticed a chunk of rubber missing from the right front tire. I texted a picture of the tire to Dave Ainsworth and asked him what he thought. He said he wouldn’t chance it since we were away. He also told me we had a complimentary 12 month, 12,000 mile Assurant Vehicle Care warranty on our new Pilot that covers road hazards. Dave sent me the number for Assurant claims. There was a Honda Dealer (Bosak Honda) 3 miles away. Long story short, we pulled into the Honda dealer without ann anppointment and within an hour, we were back on the road with a new tire and Zero (0) out of pocket expense. Dave even offered to cover the tire if the dealership wouldn’t honor the warranty. Now that’s what I call Customer Service when it matters most! Please consider Altoona Honda for all your vehicle purchases and service needs!
