The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Everyone was there to help-Professional, polite, and extremely patient. My salesman took time to point all the good points of every car I looked at- this really help me decide which one was best for me. I feel I made an excellent choice. Very comfortable car and a good ride. A bit pricey to get the add-ons to make it look better, I'd recommend buying them away from the dealer to save money and install what you can yourself to save a few grand. and don't pay near full MSRP either.

My overall experience was good. The salesperson, Tremaine Wilson, was upfront and honest and listened to my requests without trying to upsell me. However, the financing process was insulting. If you buy a car here, make sure you have your own financing as an option, know your credit score, and the going rate for interest rates. They will try to give you the highest rate possible. I ended up going with my own financing with a credit union.
