My husband and I went to White Plains Honda after an unpleasant experience at Yonkers Honda. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by Kathy with a great big smile. She took us outside to look at the car we wanted and even allowed us to test drive. She made our car buying experience very easy and stress free.

The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

Having been driving 45 years, I would say having to purchase a new car is one of my least favorite things in the World to do. The trepidation and motivation to take the first step into a dealership can be paralyzing. The thought of living in Europe were walking or bike riding or a fast rail pass seems like a more viable option then venturing into a Car Dealership. I hate buying cars. I feel I've done well in the past with getting a solid deal, but it always felt like a chore. Not with this place. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. My wife identified a car, called DCH, and after a discussion was given an out the door price we thought was fair…and frankly better than what we were seeing everywhere else. We went in, met Alex Bernabe (probably the friendliest car salesman I’ve ever met), and told him about the car. He checked the notes they had kept and sold us the car for the agreed upon amount. For context, another Bergen County Honda dealership tried to sell us a similar car for several thousand more just the night before. DCH is high volume. They told us they sell 900 cars a month. They don’t have to squeeze every last dollar out of their customers. So not only did we get a good car at a good price, the experience was painless. As long as I’m living in NJ, I will be going to DCH Paramus Honda to buy a car. And I will ask for Alex.

Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience.
