My first new Honda after selling GM BMW Chrysler and Subaru for 34 years. Good quality so far very reliable. Don’t like the auto start feature but this can be turned off. 3 rows without paying for a full size GM or Ford. Workmanship and fit and finish is good

When we went to get the financing done, I was told that they never had anyone with such a high credit rating and yet the finance rate was very high. That was disappointing.

We have driven various Hondas for over 25 years but this is our first Pilot. We are thrilled with the quiet and comfortable ride. We are looking forward to traveling in comfort, safety and style.

The customer rep named Luz was very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable about the Hondas. Her presence and enthusiasm was a big plus for us.

The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

I always have peace of mind that I will be taken good care of. My car always has an inspection so anything will be caught before it gets worse. I do like that my car gets washed at the end!!! Great people!!

We contacted the dealership and they were amazing at helping us get the problem fixed. They assured us that they would cover the cost of the repair and they were good to their word. While they couldn’t repair it themselves, once we submitted the bill, they paid it immediately. Howard in sales is my go to guy. Honest, patient when I am asking questions. Marissa in service is my go to. I had an oil change done and when the car was complete, I asked if we can do differential service while it was there. The car was pulled back in and service was completed so I did not have to come back sooner than next oil change. I live 40 minutes from Sullivan Honda, are there closer dealerships, yes but none that have Howard, Marissa and the service tech that works on my car.

Excellent service handling by Service Advisor Mark Stak. The recommended job was to replace the Timing Belt, water pump and belts on my 2017 Honda Accord Touring V-6 Sedan. Mark arranged me a loaner car for the day and everything went without a hitch. Thank you!
