Financing was also a breeze and I once again did not feel like I was getting scammed at all. Dominic Hernandez helped us to get a great warranty and made sure to speak to my car-knowledge level. My dad said this was the easiest car buying experience he had, and while I have nothing to compare it to, I agree! The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

We went to the dealership, only to see what was available. Knowing we were going to need a new car in the near future. When asked if we were there just looking for info or ready to purchase, my husband said yes, and I said no! However, as soon as we got there, we were greeted with sincere friendliness and conversation. There was no pressure to purchase, but every question we had was answered to our satisfaction. Zion our sales person was delightful to work with. He provided what we were looking for, but did not try to direct our preferences and he made it all come together, as if it was our idea to buy a car! He was knowledgeable and professional, but in a very likable way. We would recommend Zion as a car sales person to anyone. Buying a car takes time however it didn?t seem like a long wait. The time for the financials did not seem endless and preparation was well done so that it was worked through easier than we have experienced in the past. The building for the dealership is light, bright and open. It was very clean and comfortable.
