New and used 2025 Honda Pilot for sale near White Bear Lake, MN

Ten Years ago I switched from driving a LEXUS SUV to a Honda CRV. I dealt with 2 other local dealers before Innver Grove. My recent experience with this dealership was by far the best experience.......very professional, friendly and transparent through the whole process. I love my new 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid Touring. The electronics are not easy to acclamate to, and some are downright difficult to figure out. You have to know how to do it, as the system does not lead or assist you. So, you have to look everything up and even then, it's frustrating. I had to Google how to turn off the Lane Departure assist, and after following that step by step, it still didn't turn off. It says it's off, but we still get the alarm, eetc.I also have a 2025 Subaru and I don't have any of these problems. I like driving it, I like the room in the interior, and I like the looks. I have the Trail Sport.

We highly recommend Walser Honda. Michael McGraw was extremely helpful in getting us the vehicle we wanted, keeping us updated as we waited for it to come in, and getting all the arrangements made for us to have it ready for pick up. This is definitely a “customer first” dealership.

Very comfortable car and a good ride. A bit pricey to get the add-ons to make it look better, I'd recommend buying them away from the dealer to save money and install what you can yourself to save a few grand. and don't pay near full MSRP either.

They had a Late Model Ridgeline and U was going to look at it Friday, but I called for a appointment and they had just sold it. I talked to Chris today and he was very kind and professional. I told him to call me if the get another Late model Ridgeline in. Nice dealership.

Have the black edition the ride is great but I think it lag of power for a 285 hp . I think for being the big dog of the Hondas and so expensive it should be like the Acura type x , more hp and difference from the line of pilots .

CRV hybrid was serviced quickly and was checked over from top to bottom. Shelley was friendly and kept us updated the entire time.

Everything was great when they serviced my vehicle. However though after working with my drivers seat my dashboard and the inside drivers panel had heavy dust on them . So maybe in future could just make sure to wipe any dust away and marks on around area where working but otherwise very great it’s my first new new vehicle

I bought a used 2015 Prius that I found on Cars dot com. The dealership responded to my email inquiry right away and they scheduled a test drive for me. The car was as advertised so I bought it and the buying process was very easy. I was offered an extended warranty but declined and the salesman wasn't pushy, which I appreciated.

In and out quickly, quietly and with great value. Treated with utmost courtesy and professionalism. No one else touches my cars! What else can be said?

Aug. 4, Brandon Smisek assisted my son and I in acquiring my new car. He lined up all 4 suvs for me to drive. Answered all my questions. He was very patient and understanding. It was a fun and enjoyable experience. He was very knowledgeable about what he was selling.

Traci contacted me to bring my car in for a recall service. She helped coordinating everything from the start to finish. I especially appreciated the free uber ride from my house to pick up my car when the work was completed. Traci is great!

Service is always great, they need more attendants to make the service better and quicker.

Luther Hopkins Honda responded quickly to my cars.com request for info, had the car ready for a test drive and sold it for a fair price. Car was in excellent shape and the dealership made a used car looks and smell like new.

The staff at Buerkle is amazing. They take time to really hear your needs and find the perfect vehicle for you.
