No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

The positive experience started with Shelley, she was knowledgeable and offered great recommendations, also patient explaining the different models of the Forester, we could not have been more pleased with the welcome and support we received. I bought my 2014 Pilot Touring 4x4 used 4 years ago with 67k miles on her. We're at 150k now still going strong other than tires and routine maintenance no issues at all. She handles great on all terrain and in all weather, shes big enough to haul the family around town, move across the country in comfort or a weekend at the lake and you'd never know there was a trailer or a boat behind you. They did lose a star on the exterior for the paint peel on the roof above the windshield as others have mentioned.

I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. It has everything I wanted and the space is great for me and my 2 year old black lab. Buy one if you can find a good deal - they are soooo worth it!!!!

We bought this new in October of 2010, and have had it since, ever 100k have done the timing belt, never missed oil changes. Have some every recommended maintenance done, and she's now got 220k miles. Right about 200k mark the power steering pump started making noises, so changed it, was really easy to change. Then the alternator went out, which was harder to change, but did it. Can't complain 1 bit. My wife loves her pilot and says she's going to drive it until the doors fall off 😂. Been through few sets of brakes, few sets of tires, 3 rear sets of shocks, and few other wear and tear items. Interior has held up great, drivers seat has not torn (my wife is tiny) but you can see wear on it, but for 13-14 years of ownership, it can clean up really nice. Only thing is we got the pilot rust spot on the tailgate by the chrome trim, that was repaired once and has now came back.

Best I ever owned. Bought in April of 2010, 1st 2011 to hit the dealership. Touring model with real 4wheel drive, a rear window that opens w/defrost and side windows that defrost, a 6 CD changer with a video for the rear seat folks. Factory installed trailer pckg. with wiring, transmission oil cooler, heavy duty battery and a full size spare tire. They don't make them like that anymore. Only Honda has ever put a wrench to that vehicle and 3500 mile interval on oil changes. (I'm old school) In Arizona we go thru batteries like changing socks. On the 3rd set of Michelins after 132000 miles. I'd buy another today if I could get the same setup and options.

When I contacted Klein their internet department, Caitlin, kept me very informed and answered all my questions. By the time I was ready to buy, I had it narrowed to two cars at their lot. Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

I have been a customer of Honda of Seattle for many years and have leased 4 vehicles from them. The sales people have all been incredibly helpful, reliable and honest - which is not common when a woman is buying a car. I recently had an issue with my car and needed to turn it in early and get a new one. Devin Shugrue was the sales associate that picked up my call and I could not have been more pleased with our entire business transaction from start to finish. Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

They have a great selection of very nice cars ...after checking out couple other dealers in the area for a Lexus I was searching I found this little hidden gem , when I arrived sales person was great and very pleasant....after quick chat I was on my way to test drive the car ...when I got back I meet the owner ,he was very helpful ....I was in and out less then 40min ....car looks drives amazing price was very fair and the service was beyond 5 stars I highly recommend this dealer for your next purchase ...

We bought our 2011 Touring in 2019 with 37000 miles on it. We love it! It now has 91000 miles and runs like new! Of course with gas prices so high it would be nice if it got a bit better gas mileage. We average 18.5 mpg but the comfort and dependability outweigh the cost!

we bought this new in 2005 for the wife's commuter and our family truckster. We have pulled boats, jet ski's, motorcycles, and quads over the years. We have made numerous trips to California from Oregon and loved every mile. sure the control lights burned out, but was as easy fix. other than that, it has been tires and regular maintenance for 15 years and 190,000 miles! My wife has moved onto an electric car, which she loves. But I keep driving the pilot to the airport and back each week for work. Just this last weekend we loaded the bikes and took it to the coast.

BEWARE OF THE PAINT ISSUES WITH THESE SUV'S. My Maroon Pilot has chipping paint on the roof due to poor clear coat by Honda and it is going to cost $1700 to get it repainted. BEWARE OF THE VCM ISSUES AS WELL...When the Pilot goes into Economy mode it shuts down 3 cylinders that often get starved for oil. The cylinders will then fail and thats an expensive job to repair. I really love the Pilot but I wish Honda would own up to the issues they are having instead of blaming them on the customer. I do love the amout of room in the car and I love the boxy look. The Pilot handles great in the snow as well

Purchased with 88K miles in 2014. It’s the most reliable vehicle I’ve owned. I still drive it daily and it’s running strong with 253K. Handles great and is pretty fun to drive. I’m 6’3” and find it very comfortable for my daily commute of 66 miles round trip. Gets about 17.5 mpg combined.
