As an internet buyer, I had a number of questions that normally would have not been necessary if an in person visit to the dealership was possible. He answered all my concerns and forwarded additional material that helped me evaluate the vehicle. His service was excellent. He provided a packet of material that included multiple pictures of the vehicle that I inquired about, along with a Carfax, and an explanation of work the dealership had done after acquiring the car. He answered all my questions thoroughly.

I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. It has everything I wanted and the space is great for me and my 2 year old black lab. Buy one if you can find a good deal - they are soooo worth it!!!!

I was looking for a moderately-priced starter car for my daughter. The dealership had several to choose from. The test drive experience was hassle-free; I was able to take the car by myself without any salespeople with me. I was able to take the car to a mechanic of my choice for a pre-purchase inspection. I was not able to haggle as much as I would like but did get a couple hundred off the listed price. Smaller dealership but quality experience.

The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

The salesman I worked with, David, was very pleasant to work with. A concern I have is that buying the car was a long process of waiting for papers to be signed. I was there about 3 1/2 hours.

No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I walked into the dealership to look at a specific vehicle that I wanted to see. They were super accommodating on letting me test drive and also taking it for a pre-purchase inspection. I chose not to purchase the vehicle and told them it wasn't for me and they did not give me any hassle! I would definitely go back to them if I needed a car

The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Picking kids from school after work work out perfectly without having to toll trailer around with her.

Clinton makes buying a car easy and enjoyable. This is the 4th car we have bought from Clinton and the thing I like most about Clinton is I know he is not goi g to try and feed me a line just to make a sale. He’s is honest & upfront. He is an all around great guy and an excellent car salesman because he truly cares about his customers. He posted the Renegade on Facebook & I jokingly said I’d trade him a Hyundai for it. He took me serious and he made it happen, even though it hasn’t quite been a year since I bought the Hyundai from him. He knew I wasn’t happy with that Hyundai Kona, because when I bought, I just settled. Yes, my car payment is a little higher, but now I’m driving a vehicle I truly love, and I didn’t even have to test drive it! Everyone at WAC was so nice and helpful! This is our 3rd Jeep from them and I’ve always been treated like I matter and not just like another sale. And I love that they play Contemporary Christian music. After long time researching to replace my 2001 Toyota Highlander, I came to decide on the 2019 Honda Pilot. The Car has a very good feel inside and it's very good looking outside IMO. Seats are very comfortable and AC works great (I live in South Florida). The car has 80,000 miles on it, and I already had to replace the Transmission fluid at 50k and I am due to replace it again on the next oil change. (I never EVER changed my transmission fluid on my 2001 - 289k miles Toyota Highlander). The radio issues did happen to us the first year but in the dealer they did a "system upgrade" and that solved the issue. We have driven the Pilot several times to NC, SC, TN, AL and other estates and so far it has been great. I was not expecting to have to replace transmission fluid so often but when replace the transmission works well.

Partnered with Marissa - she was up front on the price of the vehicle, the process for purchasing a new vehicle, and proactively reached out several times as we waited for the vehicle to arrive. I would recommend working with her for all considering buying a car.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

We were looking for a mid-size SUV because getting in and out of my 2014 Honda Accord was getting a little difficult. We found this Pilot Elite and got a good deal, and the car is hitting on all cylinders. Yes, we will get lower gas mileage, but the more comfortable ride and higher seating position are worth it.

GTX Auto Group was fantastic. They put me in the vehicle I had been wanting! Oscar was my sales person & he was super nice & knew a lot about the Rav 4 I purchased! Everyone was great. I highly recommend them!!

I love our 2016 Pilot EXL AWD. We bought it as a one year old CPO coming off a lease. It has had its share of the first year model blues. Not as reliable as I want it to be, but once the bugs were fixed, it’s been pretty smooth sailing. I love how it’s always ready for any adventure. The extra room is always welcome as we drive up and down the East cost between FL and NJ. We get to bring everything we needed and never worried about the weather. The AWD is great not just in the snow, but in any weather. Best AWD I’ve driven in the snow. The VTM4 AWD works so well, you’d think you’re driving a full time 4WD vehicle in the snow. It also helps in the rain as well. Accelerating with this much weight and a powerful engine requires a lot of traction. Coming out out of a corner in an incline, most front drive vehicles would spin their tires before the stability control stops the spin to regain control. The VTM4 senses the incline and automatically applies power to the rear wheels adding significant traction. Never spun the wheels of our pilot in the rain. Our FWD Passport, on the other hand, looses tracking during acceleration in the rain specially if it’s on an incline. One regret for buying that AWD SUV. We thought we won’t miss the AWD in the south. Now the 2016 Pilot certainly had so many bugs that would deter a lot of people from buying it used. We had the CPO warranty. And on top of that, we bought an extended warranty just because. Turned out to be a good idea. Most the the quirks happened during the warranty periods. From an expensive evap failure to transmission problems to sunroof issues to battery replacement. We had the famous transmission judder that required multiple visits until they finally had a permanent fix. Multiple fluid flushes and a software reprogramming took care of it. The sunroof didn’t want to close at times. Weird considering we don’t even use it often. Warranty covered everything. After the warranty expired, I learned that resetting the sunroof was an easy task. There were a few problems that I couldn’t remember or not technical enough to understand, but they were all fixed under warranty. Now driving it without warranty. So far it’s been good. Just keep up with the maintenance schedule and it should be fine. Replaced the OEM tires with Michelins CrossCimate2. It feels like it can go anywhere. Wet driving was further enhanced. The OEM tires had good traction, but wore out too quickly. Silly me bought a second set before going to Michelins. Overall, it’s a really nice SUV that’s fun to drive. It has plenty of power to haul 7 people easily or 3 people, one small dog, and everything needed for long distance traveling. It has an awesome AWD system that can get you anywhere. It helped us navigate around flooded areas on our way back home after Hurricane Irma. Where smaller vehicles couldn’t pass, we went through. The things we went through would have stranded a less capable SUV. Only thing missing really is CarPlay. We missed it my a year. Oh well.

Let me tell you how easy Ryan Stacy made it for me to get into my new 2024 CRV! This young man knows his stuff! I got exactly what I wanted along with payment! There was a mistake in my paperwork and Ryan showed up to my home in Beavercreek to help me fix it! Like seriously came to my home! Talk about customer service!! Highly recommend! I will definitely be back!

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Dewayne was great and quick and efficient. I had a car picked out I wanted to look at and he was quick on getting us a test drive. After that I knew I wanted the car and he was quick working with the loan officer (can’t remember his name but, he was great too!) we were in and out in about an hour and half with my new car! Best experience I’ve ever had buying a car.

I like my car. I test drove quite a few before deciding to purchase a Honda Pilot. I like the way the Hondas ride, the seats are more comfortable, and the gas mileage for the size of car is descent.
