The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Picking kids from school after work work out perfectly without having to toll trailer around with her.

I recently had my car serviced at Honda Burien and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. One of the standout features is their extended service hours, which is incredibly convenient for those of us who work late. From the moment I arrived, I was promptly assisted. Riley McFarlane, who helped me last Monday, was exceptional. She immediately took charge and ensured everything was handled efficiently. The waiting area is comfortable and conveniently located near the restrooms, which are kept very clean. I'm also grateful for the extended maintenance service I opted for when I purchased my Honda CRV. Thanks to this, I didn't have to pay anything when Riley handed me the summary statement/invoice. What I appreciated most was the honesty and straightforwardness of the service. There were no unnecessary upsells—just pure, honest business. No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I want to thank Colin K at BMW Seattle for assisting me with the 2011 Toyota Runner. I have been looking for over a year to replace my 2015. He was extremely kind hearted and welcoming, as I would hope. He explained the process and procedures of the sale, followed the safety regs, and was offering a nice warm cup of cocoa during the coldest weather. I have been taking my Hondas to Klein Honda for the past several years. I have purchased two Hondas from them and had good experiences each time. Gary Moore in the service department always does a great job getting my cars in and keeping me informed of what work is being done on them. He makes good recommendations that I can trust.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Great experience and I love my truck! I have been looking for MONTHS for a nice LBZ, it has been a great truck for over a year, Levi Hamilton was great with assisting me and the rest of the staff made it a smooth process.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!

Each of the 3 people I worked with were fantastic! My sales person, Tyra Haggerty, was kind, fun and was able to answer every question I had about the car. The senior sales person, Eric, was beyond helpful, also very kind and understood my potential concerns with the car. He researched while Tyra and I were on the test drive. Alex Lake, the financial person I met with was even kind, sensitive to my wants. Out of 3 dealerships I dealt with while car shopping, this was the only one that gave me a fun and positive experience.

Craig is truly an OUTSTANDING Salesmen. Craig took care of the deal and was so nice to both me and wife. Up front and HONEST! You do not find that at car dealers anymore. We live in Oregon and had to drive over 125 miles so Craig worked out a deal for us over the phone which was way better than the other dealer we were working with. We had a great experience at University Audi Lynnwood. Dylan helped us through the decision and purchase process. We called ahead and the cars we were interested in were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. We brought our daughter and our dog with us, and Dylan and the team helped keep everyone occupied and happy during the time we were there-a definite plus for a busy mom.

After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

This is a nice SUV that is not flashy, but it does its job carrying the people and running errands around town. It’s also nice for longer trips.

First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!

They have a great selection of very nice cars ...after checking out couple other dealers in the area for a Lexus I was searching I found this little hidden gem , when I arrived sales person was great and very pleasant....after quick chat I was on my way to test drive the car ...when I got back I meet the owner ,he was very helpful ....I was in and out less then 40min ....car looks drives amazing price was very fair and the service was beyond 5 stars I highly recommend this dealer for your next purchase ...

we bought this new in 2005 for the wife's commuter and our family truckster. We have pulled boats, jet ski's, motorcycles, and quads over the years. We have made numerous trips to California from Oregon and loved every mile. sure the control lights burned out, but was as easy fix. other than that, it has been tires and regular maintenance for 15 years and 190,000 miles! My wife has moved onto an electric car, which she loves. But I keep driving the pilot to the airport and back each week for work. Just this last weekend we loaded the bikes and took it to the coast.

We were looking for a mid-size SUV because getting in and out of my 2014 Honda Accord was getting a little difficult. We found this Pilot Elite and got a good deal, and the car is hitting on all cylinders. Yes, we will get lower gas mileage, but the more comfortable ride and higher seating position are worth it.

I like my car. I test drove quite a few before deciding to purchase a Honda Pilot. I like the way the Hondas ride, the seats are more comfortable, and the gas mileage for the size of car is descent.

The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

I work at a car dealership in VA. A customer traded in their 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L with a little over 185k miles on it. I bought it two weeks ago from our wholesale lot and it's been amazing. I can tell the previous owner kept really good care of it but also the comfortability of the vehicle and the reliability really caught my eye. I have another vehicle I drive but this deal I couldn't pass up. Best vehicle I've ever owned even with 186k on it. It has everything I wanted and the space is great for me and my 2 year old black lab. Buy one if you can find a good deal - they are soooo worth it!!!!

I bought my 2014 Pilot Touring 4x4 used 4 years ago with 67k miles on her. We're at 150k now still going strong other than tires and routine maintenance no issues at all. She handles great on all terrain and in all weather, shes big enough to haul the family around town, move across the country in comfort or a weekend at the lake and you'd never know there was a trailer or a boat behind you. They did lose a star on the exterior for the paint peel on the roof above the windshield as others have mentioned.
