I recently brought my Honda HR-V in for scheduled maintenance, which included a rear differential replacement, oil and filter change, tire rotation, and the 24V-744 recall fix. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The dealership provided a top-trim Hybrid CR-V as a service loaner, which was a great touch and much appreciated. Everything went exactly as estimated—no surprises, no delays. The service was smooth, professional, and efficient. Great car on performance with loud road noise.
No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.
