It took over 2 hours for an oil change. Appointment was at 7:00 am but my car did not get to the shop till about 8:00 am.

Riley McFarlane, who helped me last Monday, was exceptional. She immediately took charge and ensured everything was handled efficiently. The waiting area is comfortable and conveniently located near the restrooms, which are kept very clean. I'm also grateful for the extended maintenance service I opted for when I purchased my Honda CRV. Thanks to this, I didn't have to pay anything when Riley handed me the summary statement/invoice. What I appreciated most was the honesty and straightforwardness of the service. There were no unnecessary upsells—just pure, honest business.
