I bought my car at Holman Honda. My car alerted me that my tire pressures were low. I went to the service area and Delon checked my tire pressure, added air, and calibrated it and the alert disappeared. 1 week later the same thing happened and this time Paul did the same thing. I have been driving my car over a week and the alert has not come back. Delon and Paul provided excellent customer service. They both went above and beyond to help me. Keep up the excellent work!

Last month I purchased a 2024 Honda CRV for my daughter. This was the best vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. Our salesman Delmar was professional and had genuine interest in the sales process and provided all the information I requested. I drive a Honda CRV that has started its 9th year in service. It was purchased in 2012 and still drives like new, thanks to the Mile High Honda Service Department, My service representative today was Kyle Gallagher. He took time to explain everything that was going to be checked for the tuneup. Then when all the work was completed, he again went over everything including a few items that were not on the original work sheet. I call that "better than expected service". I know Mile High Honda is the greatest but is it possible they are "BETTER THAN EVER". '

Ask for him by name - Jacob Werries. Fantastic guy and a complete professional. I cannot remember having a better, more painless experience buying a car. We did not feel pressured, at all. And we walked out with the perfect car for us last week. Jacob listened to what our needs were. He was approachable and delightful to work with, and answered our every question. We’ve seen all sorts… we’ve purchased several vehicles over the years, on the East and West Coasts, and overseas. It’s safe to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, Honda or otherwise. And it was because of Jacob. He was excellent at understanding our priorities. He laid out our options, and was upfront about how long the process would take. We came in looking for a new or used vehicle, and we stayed within budget. (Note to his boss- our purchase was at the top end of our search.) Jacob made sure that some special circumstances on our end did not delay the purchase, and was sensitive to our unique situation. Yep- and he was kind. Jacob patiently went through every knob and switch to make sure we understood their functions. And answered so many questions. Go see this guy.
