When to Honda for an oil change in addition got new wipers and the oil change package. The estimate and invoice format stinks. It is confusing and conducive to upsetting the customer. 8

He explained everything fully and made sure to answer all of our questions. He sat with us in our car and made sure we understood all the features and even gave demonstrations.
