The check was delayed a couple of days from when I was told I should receive it. I would definitely recommend Jim Coleman Honda, as I had a very good experience.

Perfect size, great range, charge it at home, quiet, fast accelerating smooth ride, had the 2024 and jumped at the 2025 opportunity before the IRA goes away, I can definitely see myself in this vehicle easily for the next 10-15 years!!

My experience today was excellent,I got there on time, seen immediately , I told the Service Advisor Alysia that I had a meeting at 10am, she said she would try get me out by 9:30am I was surprised went she return and said my car was ready.. Ms.Saxon was great? she can be my Service Advisor anytime I come there..

Lou was very friendly. Seems to be an all around great, honest guy. My decision to purchase the vehicle was a breeze, as he didn't have to do much selling. I did most of my research prior to the test drive and purchase. The wait for the others involved in the process was a bit unnerving. I'm used to everything - test drive, paperwork - being no more than 1 1/2 hour. I had my own financing so wasn't sure why it took so long to "check out". This dealership was a lot longer, but all in all not too bad.

These guys were incredible. I live out of state and they helped work through the whole deal with me. Marco and Alex made the process simple and smooth. Best experience I have ever had with a dealership.

Bought a 4 year old used Mustang. Car was in great shape, looked new, even still had the new car smell. Very reasonably priced. Staff was professional and courteous. I financed through USAA and they let me drive the car home instead of waiting the three days it would take USAA to process the paperwork.

When I went into Sport Honda to look at a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid I didn't think that I would walk out with a new car. My salesman, Nathan Gelaye did such a great job introducing me to the car and he gave me such a great deal that I bought the car on the spot. There was no pressuren involved in my deciding to buy this car. I can't say enough good things about Sales Manager Ramon Hart, Sales Executive Lamont Jefferson, and Finance Manager Melleny Hobbs and the Ourisman Honda team - their responsiveness, professionalism, and integrity.
