I will caution anyone reading this review on one thing..... The One Hour, One Person, only happens after you've decided on the vehicle. My appt was at 1230 and I left after 3:30. It was a little different because I ordered my car, and my salesperson got caught up with another client who showed up early. ... A whole day earlier!! I worked with 2 other salespersons, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I came in with my own financing, and only had to deal with their sales pitch of items which I was already going to buy (extended warranty, dent protection). This was the best experience I've had with a dealer because I was prepared, and the car I wanted was already allocated to me. Lastly, I want to commend this dealership for not marking the car up with unnecessary fees, or after delivery accessories, like paint protect, tint, car bra's, seat protector, etc! I don't believe I'll be back anytime soon, because, for one it's a Honda, and two, it's a Honda!! If I need another car in the future, I'll definitely go here first. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Having misjudged traffic on I-25, I arrived a half hour late for my appointment. I was totally prepared to reschedule. The team who greeted me - Kelsey, Jimmy and Anthony - wouldn't hear of it and took excellent care of me and my car. A shout out also to Nick from the Parts department who put together a key fob that I had totally messed up

Having a family member go into the hospital I traveled to Denver from East Nebraska. My battery died and knowing no one called Mile High Honda they got me right in. Shawna E. Who helped me in the service area was so kind and helped me with another warning I had gotten on my car she found out the part had an extended warranty. So she got that replaced for me. She did not want me to worry about it going out when I drove back to Lincoln. She also made sure I had a courtesy ride to the hospital while my car was being worked on and a ride back. Shawna went above and beyond to help me. 5 stars to you Shawna and Mile High Honda for all you did for me.

Calvin and everyone we encountered were very gracious and treated us well. We never felt pressured at all and they genuinely cared about us from the start. We were able to take a good, long test drive our new CR-V. We loved the experience.

I drive a Honda CRV that has started its 9th year in service. It was purchased in 2012 and still drives like new, thanks to the Mile High Honda Service Department, My service representative today was Kyle Gallagher. He took time to explain everything that was going to be checked for the tuneup. Then when all the work was completed, he again went over everything including a few items that were not on the original work sheet. I call that "better than expected service". I know Mile High Honda is the greatest but is it possible they are "BETTER THAN EVER". '

Ask for him by name - Jacob Werries. Fantastic guy and a complete professional. I cannot remember having a better, more painless experience buying a car. We did not feel pressured, at all. And we walked out with the perfect car for us last week. Jacob listened to what our needs were. He was approachable and delightful to work with, and answered our every question. We’ve seen all sorts… we’ve purchased several vehicles over the years, on the East and West Coasts, and overseas. It’s safe to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, Honda or otherwise. And it was because of Jacob. He was excellent at understanding our priorities. He laid out our options, and was upfront about how long the process would take. We came in looking for a new or used vehicle, and we stayed within budget. (Note to his boss- our purchase was at the top end of our search.) Jacob made sure that some special circumstances on our end did not delay the purchase, and was sensitive to our unique situation. Yep- and he was kind. Jacob patiently went through every knob and switch to make sure we understood their functions. And answered so many questions. Go see this guy. Jacob was a delight and I’d refer him to any of my family and friends. I can count on one hand how many reviews I’ve cared to write. Jacob deserves it. Mile High Honda’s lucky to have him.

My primary contact was Sean Lambert and he was great from the very first meeting. He made my wife and I feel very relaxed about the process and even though the car we had in mind was not in stock he kept us informed of its delivery status. During the financing portion of the purchase Jerry was great in valuing our time and provided us with the information necessary to close the deal.

After totaling one of our cars due to hail damage, we were in need of a new one. We found an SUV we liked online, made our way to Fowler Honda to test drive it, and ended up loving it.
