I had a great experience at Ocean Honda of Whittier. The salesman who worked with me, Fidel Moreno, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had great customer service and I felt that he always had my best interest in mind. I really appreciated that because the process of buying a new car is very stressful, and it really helps to have the salesperson by your side, looking out for you. He went the extra mile to make sure my whole car-buying experience was the best it could be. He made sure that I got all the things that were available to me. He even scheduled my first service appointment five months from now. I got complimentary maintenance for the first two years, roadside assistance, etc. After I told him that I was on a limited budget, he tried to get me the best deal he could, and he didn’t try to add-on extra things that would’ve benefitted him at my expense. He gave me good advice on what car decisions would be best for my finances. It was an outstanding experience and I recommend Ocean Honda and Fidel to anyone who’s thinking about buying a new car.

Freddy was really helpful and courteous very professional. Some salesperson are very pushy and instead of feeling welcome you feel overwhelmed but was not the case with Freddy. The 100,000 miles service took 5hr and a half. It was reasonable and everything looks good. Just notice an oil leak in the garage last night. Will still observe if it continues so i can bring it back. Overall the service was good, the things done were explained and understood. Was given a complimentary ride from shop to home while waiting and was picked up when done. I would recommend the Honda service to others.

The Service Rep was helpful and excellent. I recommend this facility. Clean and comfortable. Knowledge staff and gives you an estimate prior to the work being done. I appreciate this and feel I was not taken advantage of.

The sales representative did a great job. I initially went to the dealership to have work on my vehicle. Unfortunately they were not able to fix it properly and I needed a vehicle, so I purchased a new vehicle. The sales representative and the financial loan officer did their best to assist me and I believe they did a great job under the circumstances.
