Having been driving 45 years, I would say having to purchase a new car is one of my least favorite things in the World to do. I moved up to the Nanuet area 24 years ago and needed a new car and Consumer Reports magazine ranked Honda very high, so I went to DCH Honda of Nanuet and purchased my first Honda. If you’re going to spend hours at a car dealership, do yourself a favor and make sure Hamad is your guy. He somehow managed to make the entire leasing process not only painless but actually fun—equal parts sarcastic banter, sharp humor, and genuine expertise. He didn’t just hand me the keys and wave; he gave me a full tour of my Honda’s features (which I know is definitely not the standard) and made sure I left knowing how to use every bell and whistle. He’s knowledgeable, available for follow-up questions, and just the right amount of sarcastic to keep you entertained while signing your life away. Huge thanks as well to Lenny, the manager, who was a pleasure to work with, and Carlos in financing, who made that part of the process smooth and stress-free. Great service...seamless! Salesperson (Linda Pesantez) was very professional, attentive and forthcoming/transparent while tending to our needs. It helped too that my fiancé and I knew exactly what we wanted as far as choice of vehicle. We should note here that there seems to be a "homey" feel to the ambiance. We didn't feel pressured in the least and the entire purchase process lasted approximately 2 hours or a tad over. We have been Paramus Honda customers for about 21 years. Maybe more we have always been treated ok but in jmay or June we came in and we were treated like anybody else. He has always been kind to us and always answers my questions Anyway i I myself dreading the process went in and prepared myself for the long process I was taken care of by a lovely woman named Maria. She was a God send. She was kind knowledgeable and calm Made it such a pleasure I felt I not only got a new car but made a new friend. It was old fashioned customer service that I believe most people are longing for. Maria could teach the younger people there how to be respectful pleasant and kind. Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I chose salesman Yaik Tung based on all the reviews that mentioned his patience, knowledge, etc. So glad I did – he was amazing. I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. Yaik patiently answered all my questions and explained how various options would work. He guided me through the whole process and worked hard to get me the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up he made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it to be. The experience I dreaded turned out to be pleasurable thanks to Yaik and all the other staff at Route23 Honda that I dealt with. Love the car!
