Solid build quality. Interior comfort is outstanding. User interface is more intuitive and easier to use. Apple Car Play hooks up via cable OR Bluetooth, a definite improvement over previous model. Outward visibility is great. Engine and transmission work smoothly together, no odd noises upon acceleration.

Seriously, I used internet buying, my insurance company's buying service and the resources of four additional NJ Honda dealerships to search for my new Civic sedan. Picked it up from the dealer, Richfield Bloomington Honda, installed tonneau cover and drove it to Florida residence. Great ride with a full box! Have not had it a month yet. So far, so good!

Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I chose salesman Yaik Tung based on all the reviews that mentioned his patience, knowledge, etc. So glad I did – he was amazing. I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. Yaik patiently answered all my questions and explained how various options would work. He guided me through the whole process and worked hard to get me the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up he made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it to be. The experience I dreaded turned out to be pleasurable thanks to Yaik and all the other staff at Route23 Honda that I dealt with. Love the car!

My experience today 9/28/24 was amazing our Sales Consultant Beli Cecunjanin was so informative gave us options explained everything in detail and then some . I most definitely will be coming back for a second vehicle . He deserves more than 5 stars let's make it a 10.
