The experience dropping off my vehicle at Rairdon’s Honda of Burien for semi-annual service was great. I dropped off my vehicle with Ilene, who performed preliminary documentation (vehicle mileage check, oil percentage check, exterior body work photos, etc.). I got a notification about an hour later that the oil change and tire rotation were complete. She walked me through the checklist of findings on the vehicle while informing me of things to look out for during the next service cycle. Great, straightforward service experience, overall!

Solid build quality. Interior comfort is outstanding. User interface is more intuitive and easier to use. Apple Car Play hooks up via cable OR Bluetooth, a definite improvement over previous model. Outward visibility is great. Engine and transmission work smoothly together, no odd noises upon acceleration.

Let me start off by saying looked at several cars and worked with several dealerships, I did a lot of online research. When I contacted Klein their internet department, Caitlin, kept me very informed and answered all my questions. By the time I was ready to buy, I had it narrowed to two cars at their lot. I recently purchased a 2025 Ridgeline after a very bad experience with Ram. It rides better and quieter than any truck I have ever owned. Only wish I had not waited so long to take the plunge.

Outstanding care that we received for normal service and brake fluid change. Battery was replaced as it found to be dead at inspection. Service Manager Andre was outstanding and super careful in addressing the issues. Thank you Klein Honda He is a real asset to the Dealership
