I had a great experience at Ocean Honda of Whittier. The salesman who worked with me, Fidel Moreno, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had great customer service and I felt that he always had my best interest in mind. I really appreciated that because the process of buying a new car is very stressful, and it really helps to have the salesperson by your side, looking out for you. He went the extra mile to make sure my whole car-buying experience was the best it could be. He made sure that I got all the things that were available to me. He even scheduled my first service appointment five months from now. I got complimentary maintenance for the first two years, roadside assistance, etc. After I told him that I was on a limited budget, he tried to get me the best deal he could, and he didn’t try to add-on extra things that would’ve benefitted him at my expense. He gave me good advice on what car decisions would be best for my finances. It was an outstanding experience and I recommend Ocean Honda and Fidel to anyone who’s thinking about buying a new car.

Solid build quality. Interior comfort is outstanding. User interface is more intuitive and easier to use. Apple Car Play hooks up via cable OR Bluetooth, a definite improvement over previous model. Outward visibility is great. Engine and transmission work smoothly together, no odd noises upon acceleration.

The minute we met Joseph; I had the easiest and most convenient buying process I have experienced. I flew for a day just to buy a car, and I intend to fly back in Houseton. He let us run our errands, say hello to our family, came back and finish all the paperwork and I was able to make it to my flight back to IAH. Who does that? Only Joseph Advincula in my experience! Detailed oriented, data driven and very precise, respectful gentleman. I will for sure give his name to my friends who wish to purchase a Honda car. I recently purchased a 2025 Ridgeline after a very bad experience with Ram. It rides better and quieter than any truck I have ever owned. Only wish I had not waited so long to take the plunge.

Great team there to help you get a great deal. They beat all dealerships within 200 miles or more on price and then had to drive to get the car we wanted from another dealership.

Picked it up from the dealer, Richfield Bloomington Honda, installed tonneau cover and drove it to Florida residence. Great ride with a full box! Have not had it a month yet. So far, so good!

Recently had my car serviced because of an AC issue. I called to make an appointment and was so happy to have been helped by a service representative named Nory. Wow!! Talk about customer service at its finest. To my surprise when I came in that Sat for my appointment at 7am, I was so pleased to be attended by herself once again and meet her in person. Ocean Honda please tell her what a valued employee she is and how well she represents your company. This valued employee was with me every inch of the way communicating to me and keeping me in the loop. She even offered me a "Lift" ride back from my home to pick back up my vehicle.
