Solid build quality. Interior comfort is outstanding. User interface is more intuitive and easier to use. Apple Car Play hooks up via cable OR Bluetooth, a definite improvement over previous model. Outward visibility is great. Engine and transmission work smoothly together, no odd noises upon acceleration.

I was a somewhat unusual customer in that I was an out of state purchaser for a limited availability Civic Type R. His non pushy quiet reserve was what I needed to ease me into the scary world of a solo senior woman entering a dealership to purchase a car. He made me feel comfortable and he was more than helpful in answering my questions about the mechanics and details of the car. No question was off limits to him nor did he hassle or push me to purchase the car on the spot. I had plans to visit other car dealerships in the area and Ahnaf graciously said he knew I’d return. The day of my purchase, I had a few personal snags but Ahnaf patiently made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of while my issues were resolved. Having been driving 45 years, I would say having to purchase a new car is one of my least favorite things in the World to do. The trepidation and motivation to take the first step into a dealership can be paralyzing. The thought of living in Europe were walking or bike riding or a fast rail pass seems like a more viable option then venturing into a Car Dealership.
