I bought my 2025 Ridgeline black edition 4 days ago and am amazed at how good of a vehicle it is. It does everything I want a truck to do from hauling 2 recliners in the bed, getting bags of mulch, and cruising around town running errands. Plus the tow package is really handy if I want to pull a uhaul trailer in the future as I tend to rent them a couple times a year for different projects. I drove a 2005 tundra for 17 years, a 1998 Tacoma for 3 years, and a mazda B2300, and I liked them all but the ridgeline is far and away the nicest, smoothest driving, most comfortable and feature laden truck I have ever owned. The only negative I can think of is that I wish the bed was 6 feet long like the Tacoma long-beds. I liked the 6' bed on my Tundra but I knew the bed length when I bought the truck so I can't fault Honda for it. The trunk under the bed and 2-way tailgate MORE than make up for the missing 8" of bed length.

Excellent buying experience. But more importantly, care after purchase is even better. We have full faith in the Serra Honda service department. We've been customers for nearly 15 years. Recently the department installed roof roof rails on our 2017 CRV. The work was professionally done in minimal time at reasonable expense. Our service rep, Chris Hughes, did an exceptional job keeping us apprised of status. He's personable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra step. The type service rep you'd want working in your service department. We even use the Serra Honda service department for our second vehicle, a Mazda.

I am 67 years old and I have purchased many cars in the past. Moreover, I think Honda Civic is one of best cars to own. In 2008 I purchased a new Honda Civic LX Now in 2022 it still runs like a new one with 258804 miles on it. Remember, take care of your new car and your car will take care of many miles of care free happy miles. Change your oil and air filter often. Good dealership and maintenance department. Solid build quality. Interior comfort is outstanding. User interface is more intuitive and easier to use. Apple Car Play hooks up via cable OR Bluetooth, a definite improvement over previous model. Outward visibility is great. Engine and transmission work smoothly together, no odd noises upon acceleration.

Mike was very helpful. We weren’t sure what type of SUV we wanted and Mike helped us decide which one was best for us. So far so good.
