Jacob was outstanding, I brought the car in after 3 days of owning it for the emissions light came on. Brought it in and they could not find an issue. It came on the other day and reached out to my salesperson (Francesco) informing him of the issue and he responded and I brought it in later that day and Jacob took control and let me know what might be wrong and lucky the code was still in there and he kept me updated throughout the process while he was training an employee (Nikki).

An Honest Review
I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.
