He researched hotels nearby as I was coming in from out of town. He arranged for a mechanic to put the car on the lift and walked me through an undercarriage inspection. And the car is awesome. Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. I test drove the car on a Friday, filled everything out on line, was approved for my loan, came back on Monday and purchased the vehicle using the express checkout. I literally needed a car ASAP in 2019 and didn’t have cash to buy one used for a best value, so I financed a FIT from my local dealer. I did research the FIT and I compared it to other compact makers, and I chose FIT because of the mpg, interior versatility and styling. I also had put Honda as one of my choices because of the long history of reliability, the research was global, everyone is in agreement that Honda is reliable. I also looked at insurance and repair costs by searching for typical parts like shocks, tires, wipers, and these are all in the very cheap range. The interior versatility is by far the greatest advantage when combined with the great mpg, this car is so useful to me. I had once owned a SUV, and aside from super large items like 4x8 plywood sheets, this car hauls anything and efficiently. I would say the only downside is power, the FIT is spirited but revs up quick so that small efficient engine does get on the highway quick and cruises any day at 70, but pacing the fast lane with a Merc or Porsche 718 coming up behind you is not happening. With that said you can haul way more stuff for pennies compared to those cars, it’s all about your own priority situation. As a commuter car it can’t be beat, as a performance rod it stays in the slow lane. Oil changes are easy to do yourself, I change my FIT oil every 4000, oil and filter every 7000 which costs less than half of what is charged by service techs and much cleaner for your engine.

My experience with my 2025 Civic Sedan Hybrid has been a mixed one, although it would be only fair to state that I am still getting accustomed to the car. A major shortcoming is that the manual isn't at all helpful. Googling provides a variety of responses which are not necessarily relevant - i.e. my initial search for how to engage rear wiper - instructions found. I struggled until eventually I determined car does not have one, which is a major disappointment to me. Defroster is mediocre and turns itself off. Settings are on/off - no way to increase fan with rear defroster. I had zero visibility out back in heavy rains. Side mirrors good range of visibility. Good warning for potential blind spots. I found it especially helpful to add full view mirror (snaps onto rear view). This enables me to see out back windows as well as through rear of car. After owning the car for a little over 3 months now, there are still many features I do not yet know/understand. My salesman has been as helpful as possible, but not always accessible (which is understandable). Size is larger than anticipated; it's on me that I didn't realize the sedan is so much larger than the hatchback. A bit of buyer's remorse there. Although out here in this area, perhaps a larger car is to my advantage. Most other cars SUVs (which I did not want). Mileage is excellent. Pick-up excellent, even on Eco mode. Interior seating very comfortable, although for such a large car, few places to keep things. Glove compartment very small. Sound system magnificent, especially after tweaking to my personal taste. Interior is very quiet. Turning radius and general steering excellent. Ability to adjust driver's seat excellent. Cruise control setting automatically engages approaching/side collision alert which slows /resumes speed out of driver's control. This can be somewhat adjusted to change distance of warning from default normal to closer so that interference from cars in distance (i.e. on curve) not as strongly affected. Would be helpful to have known about this ahead of time; it was frightening feeling car accelerating/decelerating "out of control". Roomy trunk; easy to engage mechanism to lower back seats right from the trunk. Handy for loading large cargo. Recommend cargo liner at purchase time. Same for shields around windows that enable window to be open without it raining in. VERY difficult to find a windshield sun shade that actually fits. I am still looking. Front display screen good size; easily visible. Good storage memory for saved gps. Would be much better if a tutorial for this were included in paperwork. Pay attention to treatment at service. One should never feel dismissed. ALL questions are valid questions. That said, continued appreciation to my salesman who always took the time to find out rather than giving unreliable information.

Brian (Sales) and Clay (Financing) were absolutely fantastic. We were buying a 2011 Honda CR-V for my daughter, and the entire experience was amazing. Found the car on Auto Trader, and Brian contacted me as soon as I checked availability. We drove down and checked the car, test drove it, Brian let me check everything, I felt really comfortable about the car, and we were ready to buy. Clay was really great during negotiation, and completed everything quickly. Even though this was an older used car, both Brian and Clay were very professional and very customer-focused. If I were to buy another Honda, I would definitely go to Honda of the Avenues, and specifically request Brian and Clay.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Made a wheel alignment with Coggin Honda during this visit. Came out with a smoother ride and aligned steering wheel, and no more weird noice when turning. Customer service was great, the advisor clearly let me know the details of service and suggestions.

I own a 2020 Honda Civic LX sedan and this car is awesome. This my 4th Honda and have always been impressed by fuel economy and reliability in those cars with tlc. So far .this last one is treating me great. I have the 2liter engine with 6 speed trans and it performs very well. The safety features add to the great look and great performance as I love the drive too. Very affordable as well. Customer service at my dealership is awesome as well!!

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Randy help us to complete a regular maintenance schedule. He was very helpful and quickly handle the situation. Also Steve Soto was involved and making sure everything was in order. I had oil change and trire rotation also tire alignment as recomendation after the car was checked. Finally we completed a re-application from the Hanania Family Plan which was past due.

It is now 2024, my Fit is a bought new 2013. Still drives like new. It's a little light, keeps you attentive to the road, the back seats are a little firm, but this car holds everything. All the ways you can configure the interior is amazing. If anyone thinks this car is weak, remember the peak horsepower is 6800 RPM. Run it out and feel the Vtec boost. Heat, A/C, ell that works well. Stereo has good sound, and you can connect iPhone through USB and track and volume is controlled by radio head. Body design still looks modern.

The staff are amazing and service time is not bad. The waiting area with snacks helps the time passes by.

Good acceleration and driving. Needs: the wider rear viper square, AWD instead of FWD. Disc CD player is absent. The GPS is not already works properly at 45 mph and more. Needs additional turn lights on side mirrors.

We have two 2020 Civics, one is a Hatchback Sport, the other is a Coupe EX, both with the 1.5t/CVT. Combined mileage, 68,000 mi. MPG On the Coupe 39.6MPG with 50/50 city/rural. On the Hatch, 31MPG with 90% city (SoCal). Zero issues on the Coupe. One A/C (warranty) fail on the Hatch. Nothing else. WE ARE EXTREMELY PLEASED!

I have the touring edition with all the bells and whistles. This top of the line car really boasts quality, the chrome touches and unique front end really makes it stand out. If you drive it in sport it drives really well along with great gas mileage. The ten speaker 452 watt sounds great, wish the subwoofer was larger but if you tune it well most songs sound good. The touring exterior really looks sharp, it looks different from the lower models.

This is the best car I ever owned.Its fun to drive really something different that I am used to . 2 months now still no fill up with gas yet. Only complaint is no spare tire. And that noisy acoustic vehicle alert system.

Purchased the Civic LX Sedan for mileage and as a commuter car. Overall the basic safety features and mileage are great. Basic interior is a sacrifice.

My service advisor Aaron is super helpful and attentive. It's nice to be able to text him questions and to set up appointments. They've also picked up and dropped off my vehicle many times, which is sooo helpful!
