I always hate the car buying process. I usually go with my guard up. John was very easy to work with. The car was great, the process smooth, he explained everything and answered all our questions. We got a great car at a great price, couldn't ask for more.
a preface: I hate car buying experiences in general as have had bad experiences the last 30 years. Given that, I was really glad to have gone here (the salesman Breck in particular) to make it a non stressful event for me this time, and also my previous purchase also a few years ago. Price was really good and no haggling needed nor desired on my end. I dont usually do surveys of any kind, but I would recommend this dealership for sure.
My letter from Honda said the airbag recall service would take "approximately forty-five minutes". I was called to pick up the vehicle six hours and forty minutes after leaving it. I waited over one hour for a shuttle ride before finding alternate transportation.
The service crew always does a good job, are courteous and prompt I appreciate being able to get a ride home. However, the waiting room is ridiculous. There are only a handful of seats; yesterday it was standing room only and there is almost no place to stand. The room is a fairly unpleasant place to have to hang around, especially since the limited seats available are within a few feet of the mensroom door. By comparison, the competing Toyota waiting room is luxurious with lots of space and conveniences to make the wait pleasant.
I had great service from the staff at Randy Kuehl, as always: friendly and fast. And while I???m grateful they provide a shuttle service, the driver this time was way too dependent on an inefficient GPS system in the van and wasn???t inclined to listen to the locals who tried to provide appropriate directions to their destinations. A minor annoyance, but still. I do appreciate the service on my car, though!
I appreciated the willingness to schedule quickly since we had travel plans in two days. The employees were polite and pleasant and explained in detail the issues related to computer problems. Fortunately there were no significant issues. Love my car, loved the service.
Very polite guy there very helpful was willing to work with us all the vehicles there seemed pretty nice we bought a Tahoe that's in great shape I think I might go back to get me a truck.....I don't understand why I seen complaints on here against the place cause we had a great experience for first time buyers from a dealer
Unscheduled minor repair that was done within 24 business hours. The staff was helpful and did the work quickly. They did not charge me for the service and when I picked the car up, the interior had been cleaned and it appeared to have been washed.
Moe spent over an hour going over everything in my car and showed me how things work. He was so polite and very knowledgeable. Kristin in finance had everything ready and was in and out in very little time. Both were very friendly and made me feel like the queen for the day. Thanks for an easy day buying a car !
I was greeted right away. The sales and finance people where very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions. Nick asked what I wanted and the 1st truck he brought to show me was the one I bought. I would definitely go back to Mcgrath’s to buy a vehicle in the future. If you ever go to McGrath Chevyland asked for Nick Gordon he will help you and treat you good.
