Salesman Jason Li did his best to bring me out of a tough situation with my trade-in vehicle. During our conversation, he maintained much patience and willingness to accommodate as we negotiated back and forth trying to reach the best deal. I know it wasn’t easy for him, so I’m very grateful for the favorable outcome he achieved for us. He also made sure not to rush the sale and carefully took time to explain all the important details on the contract. An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I recently needed some minor body work on the front side bumper area where a car had scraped it. The car came back just like new. All the employees that I interacted with were very nice and professional. No one tried to over sell me on things I didn’t need giving me more faith in their honesty. Very pleased with this experience. Highly recommend them based on my experience.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

Excellent customer interactions. Concerned on the change of vehicles with the only explanation that was a messed up at the washing booth and even so the vehicles supposed to be identical. Mr. Lopez drove to a key West to make the exchange. Do not make sense it was just a VIN number??

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Autofair has been extremely helpful and open with the whole process. They have done well in covering all warranty issues thus far, even providing loaners for longer repair jobs. Bob, the salesman we worked with, has been of great help during both pre- and post- purchase.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

I really do not like shopping for a car, BUT, the experience I had working with Damion Loman was a very positive one from start to finish. Great experience ! Had to have three recalls performed, all were taken care of in one trip. Much appreciated especially since I drive @120 miles to get there. Service writer Jose Ortiz in an asset to this dealership, very professional. My experiences with the service dept. have all been excellent. The sales dept. can be a different story however.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

I saw a 2019 Honda Odyssey in the website of doc Paramus Honda in NJ and I saw the vehicle Saturday and by Monday Marc García and Wael were able to work with me and my husband to take that vehicle home even BEFORE seeing it. They were able to not let us go without knowing everything we need to know to make a decision. We are very thankful for all your help. Felt apprehensive before going to this dealership because I read some negative reviews about them on YELP, however, they had the exact car I was looking for so I gave it a go. Soon as we arrived, Chung Li met us with a big smile & immediately got the car we went there for ready for us to test drive. Honestly, I was waiting for him to flip a switch, but he never did, even during negotiations. Despite several hiccups that came up which almost prevented us from getting the car, he kept his upbeat attitude and did everything he could to make sure our purchase went through. Even the finance manager, Sara, stepped up to the plate and tried everything she could to make sure we had the best deal...without any pressure! She even threw in extras without us asking for them. At the very end, we almost couldn?t take the car home because our auto insurance card did not have my son?s name on it which is who we bought the car for. Chung stepped in again and tried to contact the insurance for us and/or figure out a way around the issue. Unfortunately, it was too late in the night to get a hold of anyone. This is when the dealership manager (sorry I forgot his name) stepped in & threw in a 1 month insurance policy covering us and & my son without any extra cost to us!!! Honestly the best auto purchase experience I have ever had or witnessed in all my life & everyone who was with me agreed. Indeed it was a pleasant experience and though everything took almost 3 hours, it didn?t feel that way at all. In addition, the dealership was very clean with a play area for kids and a nice sized customer lounge w a flat screen, coffee & tea maker. This place is gonna be my go to next time I buy a car!
