This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I had. They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . I enjoyed my experience so much that four days later I went back and purchased a car for my husband!! The experience for my husband’s car was beyond top notch! After being taken advantage at another dealership my husband was extremely hesitant to purchase a car. Once again, Deshawn and Drew were with us every single step of the way, answered all of our questions and were extremely honest with us. My husband found a car online he liked but after talking with Deshawn, realized it was not the best route. Deshawn made a list of my husband’s top wants and found the perfect car for him! We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

I went in to test drive an Accord but decided it wasn’t for me. However, a day later I was notified that a 2019 CRV fit my needs. And I ended up buying it! The whole process was great- I started with Charles and ended with Corey. The only negative was the wait time to sign registration and title. The dealership is even buffing out the minor scrapes on this, making it truly look and feel new. Great experience.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Wanted to leave a review of my experience which I rarely do, but I was impressed by the time/respce my salesman gave to me. My son’s car engine blew up on the way to college. I’ve been looking for a “new” used car for him. Stopped in the dealership and spoke with Kyle. He was great. He listened to what I was looking for and looked for product in my range but also, knowing this car has to get through college and beyond, he took some time to provide some additional options that I did not think of. He was professional but not pushy which I appreciated. I listed the Ford Fusion as that is what my son was driving but we looked at several brands and the pros/cons. He did not make me feel “dumb” as a single woman looking for a car. I will be back to purchase once I get my finances/insurance in place. I appreciated being treated with respect and all of the options I was given. Great dealership - would recommend Performance and Kyle! I’ll be back! :)

We had a very pleasant experience overall at Auto Boutique (Columbus) - thanks to Frank and Bryant - from setting up a few test drives to getting help with our questions about each vehicle, and in the end getting our payment options laid out in a straight-forward way. Frank was great in helping us get a sense of each car (we test drove three), and he was also very helpful in resolving a few issues that needed immediate attention. We ended up liking one of the cars more than the others and decided to purchase it. Bryant was great in keeping the payment/financing process clear and straight-forward. Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

The only thing that I would say I do not love are some of the mitigation features that at times take away the control of the drive. We had one experience where it was a potential hazard. Apart from that we love the vehicle and the dealership that sold it to us.

The service personnel are great. Car always serviced on time and the service crew are very helpful Highly recommend them. Five plus stars.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Can’t beat the Odyssey for a family! Easy getting kids and gear in and out, great gas mileage, reliable, easy and comfortable driving. And it handles on the road like a car on highway, side roads and mountain roads.

This is the best family car I’ve owned. The kids have their own entertainment while I can listen to my own music. Accessing the third row is no problem as the seat in the middle is removable and the pilot seats slide to the side, making it easy to get to the third row even when the pilot seats have car seats. It’s a wonderful car!

This is my fourth Odyssey. I drive them for 8 years, sell them for 40% of what I paid (usually have people already asking to buy), and buy the new one. I have used my Odyssey as my truck (landlord) people mover (educator) and transportation - for ME when I go to warmer climes in the winter.

We are looking at kiddo 4 on the way. My wife has wanted a van for some time, and we finally really need to use one. We found a great deal on a 2015 Odyssey... First, drive several. I have been in Siennas, but think they are an ugly car with a weird layout. I drove a caravan and Pacifica as well as a couple odyssey vans. The Honda is quieter and rides more like a car with a sportier suspension than the others. Second, what do you need. I was close on a newer Pacifica as it had all the bells and whistles, but the Honda holds value better and we found one with almost the same. Third, accept it, it is a van, it’s not “fun” to drive, but this odyssey rides better than others, mileage is good and we can get Littles in and out easily!

Honda Marysville Dealership is simply the best! If you’re looking for a new vehicle this is the place. My sales person Matt W. Was excellent, I worked out a deal at home via phone, email or text, which reduced my time at the dealership. Which resulted in a great buying experience. I was surprised at the number of customers and friendly sales staff on a Monday well that speaks for itself. So if you are looking for a new or used vehicle Honda Marysville was worth the drive.

I am a huge fan of Honda vehicles but the Odyssey is by far my favorite! We are a family of 6 and it’s the first time I’ve not felt cramped in a vehicle. I love all of the features and I cannot imagine ever driving anything different!
