I've had my '19 Ridgeline RTL-E for about 3 years now, she's my daily. Super comfortable ride, I'm 5'10 with long legs and I do wish that the driver seat would go back just a tad bit more. One thing that has spoiled me is the heated steering wheel, I love that feature. As far as the performance goes, it's pretty quick once you get going. I wish it was much more responsive rather than the slow take off it has now. The 6-speed transmission does worry me as I have heard some concerning things about it, and I love to keep my vehicles until they quit on me. Other than that, I do enjoy the rear power sliding window, and the speakers in the bed. Many of my truck buddies are impressed by this mid-size truck's handle and as am I.

OVERVIEW: Found this used 2019 Pilot Touring with AWD, and 8 Passenger seating. It was in great condition. Exterior and interior colors were exactly what we wanted. Purchased it with aobut 74,500 miles on it, newish tires, roof rack rails (great for mounting a backback). Clean carfax. Overall, I'm super glad we got it. We hope we get 200k miles or more out of this Pilot just like we got on the old one The drivetrain is smooth and provides enough power to move us when all 8 seats are used. Lots of comfort and tech features came with this one. DRIVING: Very smooth transmission shifts. No gear hunting issues with the transmission like those reported on the earlier models, especially on the 2016. Feels more luxurious than sport which for us and the family, it's great. Plenty of power for a family hauler. You can use the paddle shifters in Sport mode. 4 AWD drive modes - Normal, Snow, Mud, and Sand. COMFORT: It's super quiet inside compared to the 2011 model. Not as much road or wind noise like our old Pilot. The steering and suspension handles the road nicely, especially on our crappy California pothole-filled roadways. Lots of room. Nice leather seating with ample leg room. Feels a little bigger than our 2011 Pilot. Kids confirmed it feels a little bigger. Front and middle row heated seats are great! Adjustable armrests for front driver and passenger give good support. Plenty of leg room in 2nd row. Small adults and large kids in the 3rd row will be fine. Feels roomier than the 2011. Lots of cup holders. Seats are easy to move and adjust. Single push buttons to move the middle seats forward to get in and out of the 3rd row seats! Easy to flatten them as well to give you room to haul stuff. Rear door sunshades are included in this trim as well. Sunroof with tilt comes with this model, too. Entertainment and Technology: The entertainment system is really nice. 8in touch screen with Apple CarPlay (Android Auto as well) is excellent. Love how GPS displays on the screen while having the ability to have other apps open on the phone. 10 Speakers sound great. The multiple information dashboard can be customized. Looks sleek. The screen is big, bright, colorful and I set mine to show the tripometer information - miles driven, MPG, and range. You have other options - Nav, AWD torque distribution, entertainment info, etc. Outside temp, ECON mode, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane-Keep Assist System, safety systems, and other indicators are on-screen. Rear entertainment system has yet to be tested but it can play Blu-Ray discs and has an HDMI port and AC plug for another input source. Comes with 2 wireless headsets and a remote control as well. So far, we found 4 USB charging ports. There are lighter ports available as well in case you need more power. Can't wait to figure out CabinTalk when we go on a road trip. You can communicate both ways with the rear passengers using the internal mics, speakers, and Rear entertainment headsets. The motorized rear tailgate with hands-free kick motion open and close is nice to have as well. Keyless entry system with auto-unlock and walkaway auto-locking features are included as well. Remote start is also included with the Touring trim. Safety: Bright LED headlights and well-designed daytime running lights. Auto high-beam LED headlights were a nice surprise.The Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane-Keep Assist are freakily awesome. Keep your hands on the wheel though because it's not perfect. The camera and sensors can get confused. But they're good to have for safety and driving assist, especially on long rides on open highways. Blindspot monitoring, rear cross-traffic sensing, and parking sensors are included and help in those situations. I always disable the collision mitigation feature due to potential problems with the system potentially braking at wrong and dangerous times.

Called to get my vehicle serviced after emissions systems message light came on and glad they were able to get me a an appt. the next morning. Asked if they could also check on an update that needed to be done due to a recent recall and they said of course. Asked for how long it may take and the gentlemen at the front stated the update could take maybe half an hour but they didn’t know how long it would be to check on the emission systems message. So waited in the lobby area with my littles. Lobby area was fairly clean. Had a coffee station and vending machine area. Was quiet as it was still early in the morning. Overall, it took maybe close to 2 hours until they let us know my vehicle was done. During that time, my kids were getting hungry. I did ask when we came in if there was a loaner vehicle available but was told if there was, I would be contacted by the service manager. No one came to let me know if there was ever one available however. Anyhow, I ended up having to get a few snacks at the vending machine to pacify the kiddos so only thing I would suggest is to have some refreshments out for guests waiting in the lobby. Not sure whatever happened to dealerships having that but it is surely missed and a welcome to guests waiting for some time (esp with little ones) :) Overall, glad that the issue was just another update that needed to be done so didn’t have to pay anything which every customer wants to hear!

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

As my family is growing I was in need for a new vehicle. My dealership of choosing was AutoNation Honda. I reached out to them on a Sunday. They quickly replied back with a video of the vehicle I was interested in. I went in late Sunday to see the vehicle, some of the staff that assisted me were very helpful and somewhat informative. However, I did leave with concerns and questions. I did encounter a few unpleasant experiences. I believe it had to do with the fact that they were closing soon. A couple days later the sales manager contacted me to see if I had any questions or concerns. I took this opportunity to voice my concerns in regards to my experience. I do want to say that the Sales Manager listened to my concerns and provided feedback and did a few things to make my experience better.

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

The salesman was friendly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The financial department was friendly and ready to answer my questions. Dealership is a clean and neat environment, making my experience more enjoyable.

I have had three Honda Civics, and plan to buy another in the spring. They are the best vehicles I have owned during my 84 years.

The most pleasant of Amy car buying experience that I have ever had (5th car purchase). I do recommend keeping your cell phone number private until you are ready to go in, but for the price this was the best deal as well as most kind and least pressure.

We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

Dawson was an amazing sales rep. He was warm, low pressure, and honest. It felt like family. He was more interested in me getting what I wanted, than making a fast sale. He even called up the car company to talk to an engineer to get the answer to an unusual question I had. Kevin and Andrew worked with Dawson to complete the sale and had the same family feel. Bought a 2021 for my son as this is his first car. My wife and I went to every dealership and decided if we wanted reliability for a teenager with all the new features for a new driver it was the Honda CRV. So far so good. The car is not going to win any races which I am OK with as its perfect for a soon to be 16yr old. My son absolutely loves everything about the car and for the last few months he had been practicing in a 4 door F-150 so this car is super easy for him to drive. I really like that it has the lane assist thing. When he gets to close to the shoulder the steering wheel brings him back in plus the back up camera and other safety features it was a no brainer for us. Gas mileage is excellent on this car and the moon roof is an added touch for our new driver.

Purchased the wife a new vehicle yesterday. Dawson was our sales rep. He was by far the most professional and entertaining salesman I have ever met. He wasn’t pushy at all and just assisted us with all the answers to our questions. He was very entertaining. The whole team was awesome. The salesman, the finance manager, everyone. I really enjoyed the experience. They stayed late to get everything done. Fantastic experience.

Car gets excellent mileage if you drive sensible. No jackrabbit starts. The only thing that I would have done differently whenpurchasing the car would have been to swap out the Hankook tires (which are terrible) for Michelin tires. I had the same problem with my Honda Odyssey. When I purchased Michelins after I needed new tires the ride improved tremendously.

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

This dealership was absolutely the best. From beginning to signing the contracts they were quick and efficient. Mr. Lance got me in and out without delay. After the deal was done I had an issue with the finance company and they also took care of it. This is my fifth Hyundai and they have never disappointed me.

Bought an off lease 2021 Passport EX-L with 29000 on the dial for my wife, we have researched vehicles of 6 months and test drove many. The very first mile in the passport and we both knew it was the perfect choice. While the Highlander, the CX-9 and Pilot were roomier my wife didn't like the extra size (personal choice) and didn't need the 3rd row. The CR-V was kind of ugly and was smaller but the passport was just right,. I don't like the push button shift and it can be listed as my only complaint. Slightly stiff ride but comfortable. Roomy and simple interior. 6 months in and my wife still comments on how she loves her car. If you do not need a 3rd row seat the Passport offers plenty of room and comfort while maintaining a size profile that is not intimidating in the parking lot. To say she's satisfied is an understatement.

One of the best purchases I've made. With regular maintenance, this vehicle has taken me over 116K miles as of the date of this review. When new, and driving around the city, I was seeing 55 MPG. Currently, driving more Hwy than city, I'm seeing it avg 40MPG. I do suspect that this is due to the fuel pump recall; after a routine maintenance session at a dealer where they replaced my spark plugs, I noticed the car idling weird when just sitting. I took it back to the dealer to check and they said the spark plugs looks new and nothing is off but it could be due to the fuel pump recall. As of this review, the Dealer still has not received the parts to do the recall repair. However, their has been a few recalls and aside from the latest one, the dealers have been exceptionally well at the recall repairs. The car's safety system is overall pretty good, their were times where the LKAS (Lane Keep Assist System) would freak out on you and force you to take over, but its been a good experience overall. The right hand turn camera is very useful. I wish Honda would've included one for the Left hand turn and continued with the tech to newer models. One thing to note is that the vehicle has a very audible droning noise when you really push the vehicle going up hill or trying to pass a car, but this can be expected from a relatively small hybrid sedan. The road noise is also not the best, and the factory premium audio system is subpar. But if you're a casual listener this won't be a problem (My prev vehicle was an Altima with the BOSE sound system, a great audio system btw). Overall, this vehicle is great and has not given me an issue, yet.

Normally Rivertown does a wonderful job on my truck. However today, I asked to have the wiper pump looked at. It was coming on, and holding tank full. Got it back , they said it was fixed. It still is not functioning.

I bought Honda CRV 2024 and been pleasure to own this car as its my first time! The color is unique and powertrain works fabulous. Since i bought this recently have not driven the car much but i can sense its gonna go long with us. Still have to get familiar with all those lots of features of course however i just wish there was a fog light too for convivence specially driving at night or rough weather. Over all nothing compares Honda and its flawlessness...giving it a big thumps up!

I chose the HR-V because it was small enough to fit down my driveway but was still an suv. The car is great but it doesn't have the features of my RAV-4. However, the new car, in the Sport model, has the updated features I wanted including navigation/Apple Car Play/Android Auto. The add ons by the dealer were not worth it and were ridiculously expensive.

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

This car is the whole package: fun to drive, excellent handling, braking & steering, and a great throttle response (with the 1.5 turbo). Plus it comes with a slew of Honda safety features. It is a remarkable upgrade from my 2013 Civic. I hope that over the years, it will have the same reliability.

Need to have a better space to talk to someone. And they need to have better options on buying a car or be more information on it

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

To the technician and service rep thank you so much for your help. Our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our service person was amazing! She knew my wife had a back injury and she went and brought the vehicle to the front when it was done instead of making my wife walk to get it! That truly meant a lot ! Thank you for going out of your way and helping her.

Excellent and very safe truck to drive daily. Gets 20.5-21 MPG on the highway and 17 in town. Great design but could use a bit more horsepower and torque.

I’m glad I got my first car back from the 1994 Honda accord Black coupe to a 2017 Honda Accord Black coupe. I only had my first car 2 months.
