After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Finally a dealership that cares and also brings A1 service, Dominick derasmo is this the guy to have a look out for he is beyond great.

Overall my Pearlita has been beyond reliabe, comfy, Greatbon gas and roomy However hit 65k and worries began. Replaced gasket, recommended spark plugs begore my 100 k mark.. Def recommend warranty. Lodi Honda took care of me!

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

I have dealt with many dealerships when I use to have my business in Kentucky a couple years ago but I never have seen a dealership as good as this one.Roger pereira was my advisor in service you can't ask for better unreal and the gentleman that come picked me up from my house in harbor hills very very nice to talk to.The people in this area don't know how lucky they are to have this place.Very knowledgeable people hands down.I never give reviews but I had to after this experience. I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

500 miles a week on the GSP and the comfort in my 4 door Honda Accord is unmatched with the wide leather seats and the smooth ride. Change the oil when the wrench light is on and still going strong at 160,000k miles. 34.5 mpg average for highway travel.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I am on my 7th Hyundai. I've been coming to this dealership for years. Gayland has helped me numerous times with so many different problems and he is so knowledgeable and helpful and kind and I really enjoy interacting with him and learning from his knowledge. Also I would like to mention Lewis Lopez kind sweet smart great attitude at work. As far as the sales team goes I've really enjoyed Jose. And Maurice and Kyle who are sales managers are super helpful kind and sweet and even remember me. I definitely recommend headquarter Hyundai from the beginning of looking at cars to test driving to buying and using their service team. Thank you Gayland thank you Luis and Jay !!! My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Wanted to trade in my Forester and get a new one, but didn't think it was going to be possible. But with the help of Jason in sales and the sales managers they took great care of me and now I have a brand new Outback with a lower payment! So so happy!

Read many reviews prior to purchase. I wanted a good RELIABLE used car with great mpg. But, extra features. My driving is 90% around town. Lots of stop lights. I considered a Miata (florida driver) and husband has a Lexus. The Civic EX hands down. I LOVE this car and feel safe, has moon roof, nice stereo, extra features. Leather would have been nice. My one let down: No CD player. Yes, I’m old (63) but have a ton of CD’s. Even the Miata had a CD player…come on Honda! Not everyone is into their IPhones!

Civic LX sedan.Small car that is extremely reliable and handles like a sports car. Stereo is average. Seats are a little stiff. Low to the ground makes it a little hard to get in and out. Rides great, handles even better. 118,000 miles without an issue. 36 mpg combined every day. Dont care for CVT transmission, feels slightly sluggish but will get the job done.

The salesperson could read my mind! Finances were easy to set up. And I had plenty of time to shop around for financing. Time with car on road good also liked having no pressure return policy. Master technicians are very friendly and patient with customers.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

Friendly, competent staff. We really like Brandy Nichols, our service advisor, who takes good care of us from the moment we walk in. The car has always been checked out and serviced by a knowledgeable tech. The waiting area is comfortable and has a fantastic coffee machine. For these reasons, we never mind going there to get our car checked out.

I had never heard of the Honda Insight, but due to a change in job location, I have a longer commute...unfortunately, the price of gas has increased and I felt the mpg of my current vehicle wouldn’t make sense so I went into a local dealer and I was introduced to a Honda Insight...great mpg and value

One of the best purchases I've made. With regular maintenance, this vehicle has taken me over 116K miles as of the date of this review. When new, and driving around the city, I was seeing 55 MPG. Currently, driving more Hwy than city, I'm seeing it avg 40MPG. I do suspect that this is due to the fuel pump recall; after a routine maintenance session at a dealer where they replaced my spark plugs, I noticed the car idling weird when just sitting. I took it back to the dealer to check and they said the spark plugs looks new and nothing is off but it could be due to the fuel pump recall. As of this review, the Dealer still has not received the parts to do the recall repair. However, their has been a few recalls and aside from the latest one, the dealers have been exceptionally well at the recall repairs. The car's safety system is overall pretty good, their were times where the LKAS (Lane Keep Assist System) would freak out on you and force you to take over, but its been a good experience overall. The right hand turn camera is very useful. I wish Honda would've included one for the Left hand turn and continued with the tech to newer models. One thing to note is that the vehicle has a very audible droning noise when you really push the vehicle going up hill or trying to pass a car, but this can be expected from a relatively small hybrid sedan. The road noise is also not the best, and the factory premium audio system is subpar. But if you're a casual listener this won't be a problem (My prev vehicle was an Altima with the BOSE sound system, a great audio system btw). Overall, this vehicle is great and has not given me an issue, yet.

I purchased a 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid Sedan Sport Touring from AutoNation in Sanford, and was assisted by salesman Maurice Tarver. Before arriving, I had already secured my financing, researched the vehicle and available offers, and even had the out-the-door price confirmed to make the process as smooth as possible. I contacted Maurice the day before to finalize details so that all we would need to do was test drive and sign. Maurice was extremely patient with my questions, handling most via text the afternoon and evening beforehand, which helped ensure everything went smoothly. When we arrived, all that was left was the test drive and paperwork. My only complaint was that, despite communicating with the bank both before and during my visit, the dealership still made us wait over an hour before completing the sale ? even though the bank confirmed they were waiting on the dealer, not the other way around. That said, everyone was pleasant to deal with, and the add-on pitches were presented in a fairly casual, non-pushy way. Overall, it was a good experience. If the price was right, I?d gladly make the hour drive again to buy another car. Maurice was professional, courteous, and helped make the experience as painless as possible.

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.
