My wife and I purchased a used 2018 Accord EX in early 2021. Best sedan we've owned up to date. The only reason we traded it in recently was to buy something bigger (Acura MDX) as our family has outgrown the Accord. I wasn't a big fan of the cvt, but the car makes up for it in other ways. It had all the safety features you would need in day to day life, mpg was never a problem yet had plenty of power to get up and go, overall a very fun car to drive. We live in Southern Iowa, but traveled to Omaha, Minneapolis, and took a family road trip to the Great smoky mountains in Tennessee. The car never gave us a single problem the entire time we owned it. I would highly recommend this vehicle to anyone.

It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

Ed at the dealership was extremely helpful. The vehicle was ready to view and drive. He offered to allow me to take the vehicle to my office so that I could show it to my wife. Communication was clear and quick. A great experience overall.

I bought a used 2018 touring edition. This is my first non-Big 3 vehicle and first hybrid. It has a bit of a learning curve but overall I am pleased with my purchase. I'm able to drive in electric mode most of the time. It has lots of interior room and trunk space. It's not sporty, you can feel it's a heavy car when driving through curves etc. A few foibles. The low tire pressure warning doesn't indicate which tire is low and has to be reset after filling. Inexcusable, I have 2012 cars that indicate the tire and don't have to be reset. You have to pay attention to the drive mode, it defaults to EV which is great unless you're on a long trip. You do not want to let the charge get to zero which is easy to do if you stop on the interstate and forget to switch it back to HV mode. Once it hits zero it no longer charges the battery with regenerative braking, weird. Again, overall I'm happy with the car and would buy it again.

I can't believe I'm writing a glowing review of a car dealership. But here goes......Hands down the best place to purchase a Jeep. Just bought a rare 2021 Jeep 392 Rubicon. Very hard to come by. I did just what the TV ad said and went right to Jay. Without hesitation he ordered me one. Other dealers were charging 10 to 20 thousand over sticker...Not Jay. Like his ad says "Come see me Jay...Don't overpay". I did (see Jay) and I didn't overpay. I picked this beast of a Jeep up yesterday and could not be happier. From the moment I walked in yesterday I was treated like I was the only customer in the store...Yet the store was really busy. Aside from Jay I dealt with Ray Powers the service manager. He could not have been nicer. Rare for a service manager to be so nice and knowledgeable. Nothing that I needed. done to the new Jeep was an issue and was done right away. As far as the delivery went Big Mike got me on the road knowing everything I needed to know about my new Jeep. He signed me up on the spot for free Sirius, U Connect and Jeep Wave. All in all I have bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience ever. Oh...I forgot to mention this place is state of the art. One last thing that my wife noticed....2 people were running around cleaning off the seats and and tables throughout the dealership. They are taking Covid seriously. Thank you Jay, Ray, Big Mike. I love driving a manual transmission and this car gives a big bang for the buck. I love all the features from the automatic high/low beams, right side camera when using the turn signals and the blue tooth capability.

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

Picked up a nail in a tire on our way to a medical appointment. Were close to the Honda dealership so we stopped there in hopes of a quick tire fix. Thanks to Sebastian Baquero for the great service. He went out of his way to make sure we got shuttled to an appointment while they fixed my truck. Really nice guy with a great attitude.

This is hands down the best car I have ever owned!! I've had it 11 years and my 2014 Honda Accord has never needed a repair. I have only ever had to do regular maintenance on it (battery, brake pads, tires, etc). What an incredible value at $22K!!! One feature that has been buggy is the infotainment/Bluetooth but I can live with it.

Took my new used car to this place and was delighted to find no real issues found with my newly purchased used car. They sent me a video of the entire undercarriage review. Gary was friendly attentive and paid attention to everything I was concerned about. He was patient and answered all my questions to give me peace of mind.

3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

I brought my Toyota Rav4 Hybrid to Auto Nation Toyota, Fort Myers for service. It was quite the experience. I was offered rush service when I called to make the appointment, as I really needed to be in and out quickly. Well, you can imagine how THAT worked out. I parked and went inside, and a gentleman walked me right back out and showed me where to wait in line. But I didn't, because another gentleman showed up instantly to do the paperwork. He then sent me back inside. So far, so good. That's where Jordan Bedell took over. HIS idea of service was... ...to work with service team so my SUV was not only serviced, but washed, well within the allotted time! But then he said we had to go outside and wait. The vehicle had to come from the shop. Jordan didn't even get the door open all the way and another gentleman was standing there holding the keys. It was absolutely STUNNING service all around. I was so shocked, I almost fainted. Family, friends, and neighbors all asked how it went. Everyone was expecting a horror story, as I had been. You just don't see so many talented, intelligent, dedicated, kind, personable people all in one place these days. Now we know - they are all at Auto Nation Toyota in Fort Myers. This team is one well-oiled machine, and I hope they know how much they are appreciated. Thank you!

I’m glad I got my first car back from the 1994 Honda accord Black coupe to a 2017 Honda Accord Black coupe. I only had my first car 2 months.

I could not believe that I was able to get my deal done for my brand new 2017 Corolla. Shelby Marie Motyka and Cheryl King made it happen and created a buying situation that was all good for me and my wife. I was very very happy as was my wife with how easy and great the process went. Went in with our white Corolla and drove out with our new Barcelona Red Corolla.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

Today was my husband's birthday but he has just recently passed away Jonathan Garcia was so kind to call me and check up on me to see how I was doing and making sure I was okay and to see if there was anything that he could do for me. After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I came to Honda of Fort Myers to look at a vehicle and was kindly introduce to Travis. He truly was a wonderful salesman to work with. He took his time and povided great knowledge and support without putting pressure to buy. He made sure to walk me through the process best as possible. That being said. Other team members were not so great with the financial negotiation. At one point she literally almost talked me out of getting the vehicle. I felt like it was being interogated for my choice in getting the vehicle. I truly wanted to walk away but to Travis's credit and his great approach at handling customer service i decided to push through it. I have dealt with many car salesman and Travis truly is a major asset to Honda of Fort Myers. They received a sale all due to him and his guest service skills.
