No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I just purchased my 2nd (almost) brand new Tucson from Doug's in Lynnwood. My first experience was 7 years ago and fairly stressful, however this time was amazing. My sales rep was Michael Wilson. I had a certain deal in mind with my trade based on research and with very little back and forth I got my car! I've bought several new cars over the years and Michael by far is the best sales rep I've ever dealt with. He has a very kind, calm demeaner and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend him! Also Sonny (sp?) in warranty was great and very quick and efficient.

Blah, but that's good. As aerodynamic as a toaster.With the high profile, mpg isn't spectacular. Excellent reliability plus overall versatility make it worthwhile choice. Driver seat is comfortable, but road noise detract somewhat.

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

Bought my car in October of 2024 and the service department has been nothing but helpful to me. They are always busy but will never make you wait crazy long. I will for sure keep coming here for maintenance. Thanks!

My first new Honda after selling GM BMW Chrysler and Subaru for 34 years. Good quality so far very reliable. Don’t like the auto start feature but this can be turned off. 3 rows without paying for a full size GM or Ford. Workmanship and fit and finish is good

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

Sales Consultant Cedric felt more like a friend or family member working to get to the wife and I the very best deal possible. I highly recommend this Dealer. From Cedric to the Sales Manager and Finance staff they were all truly genuine nice and caring people. No pressure and all very helpful. If I was a car dealer I would offer Cedric a raise to come work for me.

The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Picking kids from school after work work out perfectly without having to toll trailer around with her.

Jose provided fantastic customer service in the service department. He went out of his way to contact a prior company I had my car serviced to verify what work had been done to make sure that they did not do unnecessary work. Really appreciate his extra efforts!

We are very happy with the car’s performance and comfort. The only two issues we’ve run into are one, the mileage we’re getting isn’t close to what was on the sticker, and two, the computer/entertainment system has had to be rebooted and the car restarted on several occasions for it to work properly. We’ve also had to change the cable fairly frequently to sinc with the iPhone.

I love the look of this body style, unfortunately they changed they body style so next time I buy a car it won’t be the HR-V with backseat handle that make the vehicle look like a sedan.

I drove into the service area this morning without an appointment and was greeted by Cam. He was friendly and asked what I needed. Then Quinn arrived to ask what I needed and I explained that the CarPlay disappeared and I needed help getting it back. Right away he took charge and got it connected. Then I explained another problem about my voice prompt not working and then Rich Kim appeared to ask if he could help. So I had two people on the scene( and in my car) to go through what seemed to be a complicated process to reset my system. I wish I knew what they did, all I can say is they stepped up and rescued me. Rich had a lot of knowledge and even though I was worried to start resetting everything, he came through and got everything working. This most important aspect of this experience is the immediate help with my problem. Tech is obviously not in my wheel-house, having such smart and helpful Honda Kirkland staff is amazing. Rich and Quinn never hesitated, gave heavy sighs, or gave a hint of inconvenience in taking care of my situation. Every visit for my scheduled maintenance has been pleasant and I will sing the praises of Rich Kim and Quinn at every opportunity. Thank you.

We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!

It is convenient to drop off and I appreciate the Uber ride to my work. Also, all of the employees that I come in contact with are very nice.

We have driven various Hondas for over 25 years but this is our first Pilot. We are thrilled with the quiet and comfortable ride. We are looking forward to traveling in comfort, safety and style.

It was an oil change, scheduled an appointment same day, done on time, regular price around $80, nice complimentary $10 car wash and good customer service except it is very annoying to be bothered with tons of emails and text , How did we do it? Please rate how many stars and all that, in my book if customers satisfied they will keep coming back ( which I do already)and they don?t need to be reminded all the time to give a feedback. After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones. The first time I backed out of the garage with bikes on a hitch-mounted carrier, the car automatically slammed on the brakes so hard I thought I ran into something. (Pro tip: Use tow mode when hauling bikes.) I don’t use the adaptive cruise control because it starts matching the speed of the vehicle ahead long before I would normally change lanes to pass, even with the system adjusted accordingly. However, I can’t see that future vehicles will have FEWER of these features, so I suppose I will just have to get used to them.

Brandon and the service crew made it happen for us. We brought in our X3 to have a look at the door strip that was coming off. Our option was to leave the car for them to evaluate what has to be done and make another appt to order parts and install or hang out for a couple hours so they can maybe fix it. As it turned out they were able to fix the problem with in the hour. We were not looking forward to making another trip so we were very thankful that it got done in a timely matter. Thank you Brandon and crew for getting it done!!

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

It took over 2 hours for an oil change. Appointment was at 7:00 am but my car did not get to the shop till about 8:00 am.

Simply the best. Getting it from Hondaa of Lincoln is pea e of mind. Rhe very good thing is that a got a ASSUTANXE contract for 8 years. The car will be repaired o ly by the Honda certified mechanics, as well as for oil change. This car is the best for all seasons, t drives nicelly in winter and it has more safety options.

A bit pricey and mpg declines much faster than expected. Takes awhile to get it back closer to advertised. Other than that,I have been happy with this vehicle.

Nice vehicle. Started with an odd brake issue- upon reversing out of the garage, the brakes sounded "like a group of whales" - only in reverse, then cleared up [for the day] next morning, reverse same noise. Maintenance call 1) cleaned up rotors and sprayed 'anti-squeal' on pads =FAIL ::: next 2)maintenance, replaced the rotors [only] =so far, nice n quiet upon reverse. Took it to the car wash, brakes still quiet. TIP:: have odd noise issues= record the sound! Mechanics never heard that type of brake noise.

Recently we had Kia service our 2014 Kia, the representative who help us his name is Brett, the service was excellent. This one reason we chose to buy Kia since vac in California we’ve always excellent service! We really appreciate the exceptional service from the service department. I give Brett a “4 star” rating. I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.
