He answered all my questions and explained everything very well. Next time I need to bring my car in, I will definitely request to work with him.

I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Over all good car but 4 cyl engine lacks power. A 6 cyl should have been an option. Door locks (actuator) not reliable. Transmission ,breaks , and suspension are great.

The service was okay overall. The staff was courtious but the wait time is longer than expected and communication could have been better but i appreciate more updates during the process.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. I inquired about a used car, no pictures had been uploaded at the time. Eric Eickelmann Was the sales consultant I chose from their online list. He responded quickly, located the vehicle, provided some pictures and answered my questions. They gave me an appraisal on my vehicle sight unseen, which was fair. We negotiated price and got financing approved before I even went to the dealer. I live on the East coast of Florida. On the selected day, I drove over to Naples (154 miles). The vehicle had been serviced and detailed. Looked like a new vehicle (2016 Mazda CX-5 Sport manual 6 speed). It was certified by the dealer. Eric was thorough and kept me informed every step of the process. A true professional. I have no complaints and know he would assist again if the need arises.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Very pleased with Juan Guerrero’s service, we had issues adding the car to our insurance but he was amazingly patient with all of that. I will definitely recommend anyone to go and see him! However I can not say the same about the finance person, he was making rude comments about my job and not very pleasant.

Amazing service! Jr. Gray Will bend over backwards for you to get what you want, he won't give up unless all Avenues are exhausted. Then you go see Jesse in finance, what a treat. He has you in-and-out there in no time with all i's dotted and t's crossed and does it with a smile on his face! These 2 guys make a great team and from what I could see from the other associates, they are every bit as good.

Bought this CRV AWD Touring new in 2019. Have 130,000 miles on it, no problems. Only time it’s at the dealership is for regular service. Gets 33 to 36 MPG . Excellent vehicle!

To many recalls.rear axle shaft boot ,fuel pump,magnet in steering for power steering. Padding in interior to thin, engine noise,inside.injectors replaced.cant get parts.might not buy a Honda ,next time.

Mike the GSM was great to deal with and understood my needs and wants. Mike the FM was great also but took a lot longer to get the paper work done. But it was after all a great experience. Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

so very happy i stopped into coconut point honda a few weeks ago after getting discouraged from two other dealerships because of their overpricing due to low inventory... that's when i met justin yonkers, a very professional and knowledgeable young salesman..he didn't have inventory at that time to show me, however he knew that a shipment was due in about a month.. last week i got the call that my car was in and it was well worth waiting for... my experience with the whole friendly staff will be remembered by referring justin to all my friends and family... thank you

The 1st Honda I have ever purchased. The reliability, comfort, and technology are far superior to the other brands I have owned. Quiet with very little road noise, no wind noise, and can hear radio and phone calls easily.

I leased a CRV 3 years ago from this dealership. During this time I visited at least 3 times for service such as oil changes and tire rotation. I was always pleased with service, price and friendliness of personnel. On August16 while service was being performed, I asked Justin Yonkers, sales consultant, about purchasing the CRV. We immediately started filling out the numerous forms which took sometime, but was able to complete the sale and service work in one visit! Justin was very professional as well as pleasant.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

I have owned my CRV since 2008. Other than normal wear and tear, I have had no issues. My only regret is not buying the EX or EXL. The wheels on the LX are ugly.

Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

New car purchase experience was excellent. Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and options available for financing if I was interested. The Genius was very in touch with the technology upon delivery.

Bought an off lease 2021 Passport EX-L with 29000 on the dial for my wife, we have researched vehicles of 6 months and test drove many. The very first mile in the passport and we both knew it was the perfect choice. While the Highlander, the CX-9 and Pilot were roomier my wife didn't like the extra size (personal choice) and didn't need the 3rd row. The CR-V was kind of ugly and was smaller but the passport was just right,. I don't like the push button shift and it can be listed as my only complaint. Slightly stiff ride but comfortable. Roomy and simple interior. 6 months in and my wife still comments on how she loves her car. If you do not need a 3rd row seat the Passport offers plenty of room and comfort while maintaining a size profile that is not intimidating in the parking lot. To say she's satisfied is an understatement.

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.
