I leased my 2028 Forester from Subaru Portland about 2.5 years ago, which in and of itself was an easy and joyful experience, but I write today about the incredible service I have received from Subaru Portland since the signing of my lease. From routine oil changes and maintenance to body repair from an accident I was in two summers ago, the team at Subaru has made every possible experience simple and supportive. I am a single Mamma working 6 out of 7 days a week and a car is vital for transportation to and from work as well as the safe transportation of my toddler to a from a myriad of places. Subaru has always, every single time without fail, made sure that I was taken care of. From making sure that my vehicle is in tip top shape to providing transportation so that I do not skip a beat in regards to my professional and personal experience. My most recent experience with Subaru, however, was simply ABOVE AND BEYOND all expectations. My dog canopy belt had gotten stuck in my rear gate lock and jammed it up. I made an appt for early Monday, 3/29, to have it taken care of. My parents were in town from TN, and we like many others, hadn’t been together in over a year and a half. I really needed my car, and was pretty disappointed when I showed up Monday to find they were so backed up at Subaru that they weren’t even seeing cars until WEDNESDAY! Enter hero: Deseo Perez. At first he made a phone call to make sure they could get to it today. He put up with my (kind ish) dissatisfaction when he told me how much the techs cost per hour (I was in shock and disheartened that an improper close of my trunk was going to cost $$$), and honored my request for Subaru to take care of a Lyft even though it was company policy to only do that when a car is undergoing major work and repair. I begrudgingly agreed to the terms, but told Deseo I needed to get my kiddos car seat out of the car before they took it for the day. He told me to wait in the waiting room and he’d bring it around. 10 minutes later and Deseo is there pointing me to my parked car and informing me that he had FIXED IT HIMSELF, and that there would be no charge. He didn’t want me to have to pay or wait for such an easy, quick fix. He listened to me, heard my situation, and decided to be a beacon of kindness and light at a time where we are all so in need of just that. Thank you, Deseo!! You are an incredible, kind human being, and a bright force in this world. Your compassion is a beautiful thing, and so deeply appreciated. Subaru should know just how lucky they are to have an employee like you. Deseo made my day, maybe my month. I squealed with excitement and overwhelming gratitude as I pulled out of Subaru service about 30 mins after bringing it in without paying cent. If you are considering purchasing a Subaru, DO IT!!! You not only get an incredible car (literally the BEST there is), but you also get caring, compassionate, and superior service. The Subaru team is a team of experts. Let them help you too!! This is a perfect car for me (80 yrs old, 5’1”) it is easy to get in and out, and I sit far enough from the steering wheel so I can drive with my arms in a much more comfortable position than in my 2009 Honda Civic I had before

I have waited to write this review, based on my overall experience. I bought a 2012 Ford Truck on November 18. Due to my inexperience driving during rush hour traffic and the fact that I had 2 vehicles to trade in, my salesman volunteered to drive from Gresham to Camas to pick up the second vehicle. I got up the next morning to go fill up the tank with gas when I noticed the tachometer on 4000 when the engine was off. I used my knuckle to tap on the plastic shield and it fell off. After I filled the tank with gas, the Check Engine Light came on during my 10 minute drive home. I called Bickmore and was able to talk with Brian DeBast. He asked me to bring the truck back to Gresham (a 60 mile round trip) to be looked at. I was told the check engine light issue was normal. Brian and his staff cleared the Check Engine Light and I was on my way. A week later I was driving and the Check Engine Light came on again. I called Brian again and he had me come back to Gresham to look at the problem. They installed a vent value and purge value and did a smoke test. They repaired the instrument panel problem with the RPM needle at no cost to me. Even though I have only driven the truck about 500 miles since I purchased it, I am happy to say my overall experience has been very acceptable. Based on their willingness and input from Brian DeBast, I would recommend Bickmore to my friends and family.

This is my second Honda Element and it is perfect for transporting 1 large dog and 2 cats in kennels to the mountain cabin and return. The roomy interior is comfortable and it has no problem at all with snow. Not the best gas mileage but I wouldn’t drive anything else!

Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

I bought a used Subaru Outback from Bickmore Auto and I love it. More importantly I loved the process. I had one guy that was with me from start to finish and Credit Union they paired me up with for financing has been wonderful. The whole experience was so positive my wife also bought a new car there too. No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

Very happy with my HR-V sport model. Exterior design of the car is very nice Interior is a little small with not much room for storing things. Would not recommend this car to avery large person but for a smaller individual it is perfect, Runs well, has more pick up than I thought it would have. Based on only been driving it for 3 weeks I do recommend it.

My 2016 Honda CRV Exl has a problem with the push button is not starting until about 3 or more pushes , after each push the lights in the dash comes on with a click sound, but no start up , until several pushes.

I've had my 2005 element for 3years. It's had a new belt, oil change, and tires, so far. Not bad for 150000 miles. Cleaning is easy, and good visibility on the road. I do love it.

Fun to drive, plenty of room, a mini camper, motel! Stylish design, handles great in snow and rain. Easy to work on, stereo kicks ass and the subwoofer keeps your heart pumping!

Blah, but that's good. As aerodynamic as a toaster.With the high profile, mpg isn't spectacular. Excellent reliability plus overall versatility make it worthwhile choice. Driver seat is comfortable, but road noise detract somewhat.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Donavan was my sales person while purchasing my vehicle. He was such a joy to work with. We have owned our CRV for close to 10 years now. From 65k miles to 192k. The A/c went out years ago and no problem since fixing it. Replaced the alternator at maybe 160k. That’s it. They are not fast. We get about 23mpg combined. It’s the best car we have ever owned as far as reliability and function. Comfortable with a large trunk. Some may start to consume a little oil, just add a bottle of ring seal once or twice a year. Great car

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The seating is comfortable. The design of the interior and exterior of the CRV is excellent. Would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. Picking kids from school after work work out perfectly without having to toll trailer around with her.

We worked with Sarek on a 2022 crv. He was very helpful and low pressure.

it's still brand new for me but I did extensive research online, so I knew what I was getting when I went to the dealer. I know after only 350 miles, Ima love it. More later!

I had a great experience at Ron Tonkin Honda. My salesperson Richard was very professional and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or haggled…just got all my questions answered in a respectful and understandable manner. The whole experience was positive and the facility is nice with a no stress vibe. I was wanting to go to a simple newer v6 Ram from a diesel Ram and they had this red one! Quick contract signing as promised. Easy sales that let the Ram sell itself WITHOUT PRESSURE to buy! Christina was great to work with! Same for Grace in the signing paperwork. Took me 6 1/2 hours with local dealer(auto row off Mill Plain) on prior purchase. Not here! Quick nice and efficient. Hey, try their coffee! Good too! 😂 I’m impressed!

CRV has been a very good good vehicle. Engine has lots of power for its size category. Exterior and interior materials are very high quality, especially on the EX-L versions and higher. Car has required very little maintenance other than scheduled items. Rear visibility is better than many other SUVs. Cargo volume and rear seat legroom are more than ample. Gas mileage is pretty impressive as well. We liked the CRV so much, we bought a second one.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

This is a nice SUV that is not flashy, but it does its job carrying the people and running errands around town. It’s also nice for longer trips.

We found a great deal on their website and decided to go take a look. They were very courteous and made it really easy for us to make sure it was the car we wanted. They made the process hassle free and we were on the road in our new car in no time. They really made it easy without an pressure. Great experience and would definitely recommend them.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.
