A great buying experience here for a used, certified 2015 Civic. my sales agent was easy going, no pressure. Plenty of info on the vehicle history, negotiating was painless, and none of the good-guy/bad-guy tactics to drive up the price. Also did not have to endure the "my manager wants to meet you" crap. This was the quickest and most painless car buying experience I've had to date. I highly recommend Cory in the pre-owned sales office, and I've heard good things about Joe on the new sales side as well.

This is my 3rd Ridgeline, a white/black edition. I am a commited Ridgline fan-boy. While not as robust as some larger "work" trucks, this is the perfect gentlemans truck Two biggest benefits are: reliability and superior gas mileage above all others in it's class

I really love driving this truck. It rides and handles like a car but you have a truck when you need it. The only negative I have is it has a lot of wind noise which is annoying.

Purchased this 2023 Ridgeline after my 2020 was totaled out. The 2020 gets slightly better gas mileage, but they are very comfortable and quiet vehicles. I have many friends with larger trucks that have poor ride quality and lack the ease of use. The best thing is that Honda last forever. I still have and drive a 92 Civic. Two things I wish Honda and other manufacturers would do in the mid size truck market; one is make the back seats recline and make a reliable hybrid. Everything else is perfect. I was going to buy a newer Ridgeline since the display controls are better, but I loved the in bed speakers that are no longer on the newer models. It’s more truck than you’ll need for 90% of what you use it for.

Bought a 2024 Honda Ridgeline Trailsport and it’s my last truck. I’ve owned full size trucks most of my life, decided to down size, spent time researching & test driving. It’s easy to drive, has all the bells & whistles that I wanted, and it’s easy to park!

Have owned for a month. Wanted one for about three years, finally bought a new ‘24 RTL @discount. Extremely good ride, solid on the road, easy to drive, excellent visibility. Most comfortable vehicle seats we’ve ever sat in, great lumbar and general support. Tailgate and bed are super functional. It’s a Honda with proven reliability, we expect to run it for years of great drives.

Everything about this dealership was wonderful, mostly because of our salesman Anthony! He helped my daughter choose a specific model year and color. He selected all the available cars and told us the pros and cons of each. He was very patient as we took as much time as we needed to make our selection. He then brought all the vehicles out to us for demo drive. Anthony made the entire experience very enjoyable. I have always owned a full-size pickup truck but as I got older I wasn't carrying heavy loads or towing. Getting in and out of full size was harder. My Wife didn't like driving full size and she is small so in and out is harder. We decided to buy a mid-size and looked at all available Tacoma, Ranger, Frontier and Colorado. Lastly, we tried the Honda Ridgeline. My Wife loves it more than our Lexus RX350. I always thought the tailgate opening like a door was a gimmick but it is easier to load and unload. I thought four doors was only good for family but it provides better visibility. There is a lot of storage in the plastic composite bed with a large tub which can be used as a beverage cooler. More storage under the rear seat. The trucks are basically a Honda Pilot with a bed so it rides like a car and comfortable. It has a naturally aspirated V6 engine not a turbo V4 like Tacoma. Only negatives for me were the auto stop start and VCM or variable cylinder management which I disabled. It has all the safety features I wanted lane assist, cameras etc. It is the Black Edition so I have almost as many bells and whistles as my Lexus so heat and ac seats etc. My Wife and I are very happy with our purchase.

Bought this 2023 Ridgeline RTL used with only 4000 miles in Nov 2024, so it is essentially a new car. I was coming from a similar class, a 2018 Nissan Frontier. The new electronics suite is really nice. Turning radius is slightly less, so still getting used to that especially when backing into spaces. The tilt down/swing open tailgate is very handy, and the extra trunk under the deck is a Godsend for groceries, and the trunk also keeps the spare tire out of the elements until that rare time I have to get at it. All in all I like it a lot (price tag could have been lower), but no real complaints as yet. Only little things are that I am still reaching for a shifter (push button automatic), and reaching to turn off the key (which is now a fob in my pocket). Nice smooth ride which is really nice for some of the longer rides I take.

Sometimes you just want to come back to a place where they remember you, where your questions are met with genuine interest, not a “ugh, another one” look. That’s exactly what it’s like here. Even if I come back a year later, I know I’ll be welcomed the same way.

The 2023 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E has performed up to my expectations! The ride is smooth, the engine performance is everything that I expected, the transmission shifts without notice, the interior is extremely nice and the truck bed is great!

Started off by turning in my 2016 Accord Sport. After going over all options ended up leasing another 2020 Accord Sport. Had such great service provided from sales to finance ended up coming back two days later and leasing a Civic Sport for my daughter. My wife already has a Pilot Ex-L. This will make our twelfth Honda purchase since moving in the area, all from Joyce Honda. Always top notch service provided. This time for sales we used Joe San Roman. Joe always provides 5 star service and is always goes above and beyond to make a deal happen. We have used Joe in the past, And is always a pleasure to work with (Great job Joe). For finance we used two people who were also amazing to work with. They allowed us to make a smooth transition right through the whole purchasing process. First up Matt Stark provided top notch service, and went above and beyond and treated us like family throughout the whole purchasing process (Great Job Matt). Next up the finisher Steve Owusu. Steve also went above and beyond to make purchasing both vehicles smooth as can be. He kept us aware of all options, And also was there via phone whenever needed for questions about anything involved in the whole purchase (Great Job Steve). It’s everything they advertised. Safety features, ride quality, I especially like my gps. Have not had any complaints about my Ridgeline and I ll buy another.

My salesperson Shah is wonderful. This is my second lease with him and he is always willing to work with me. He is very professional, patient and kind. He makes my leasing experience as uncomplicated and easy as possible. During the purchase process and afterwards, he takes the time to answer all of my questions. I purchased a Black Edition in January of 2024. My consideration was for the Ridgeline or the Hyundai Santa Cruz. Both vehicles had decision making options for me that were in one vehicle but not the other. They may be minor to some people but were important to me. Neither of the vehicles had all of the options/features that I was looking for. Items that I was impressed with on the Santa Cruz that were not available of the Ridgeline were, larger touch screen, surround and turn signal cameras, more customizable tachometer/speedometer screen area, roll up bed cover, somewhat better gas mileage on the turbo engine, shifter to rest my hand on, 5 yr. 100K drive train warranty, timing chain not a belt. Items on the Ridgeline that were not available on the Santa Cruz were power passenger seat, better back seat legroom, larger under-bed storage with spare tire located in the area, larger/flatter bed area, more comfortable/larger interior, more center console space, rear HVAC passenger controls. Neither vehicle has a hybrid powertrain that I'd hoped for. Both vehicle manufacturers have good reliability histories, but the Ridgeline was a better overall fit for my needs. I've had Honda vehicles before and that helped to finalize my decision.

Can’t beat this Ridgeline for comfort and amenities. 18k miles and it’s been a pleasure other than two small issues. The CarPlay continuously disconnects and according to the dealer, there is no fix. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s basically useless. Also, wireless charging does not work. It connects but never charges. Same response, no fix at the dealer. Such a great vehicle I would highly recommend but these two issues mar an otherwise nearly perfect truck.
