I’ve owned this for 2.5 years, I bought it because it was as jeep and allowed me to drive it in electric mode. Few problems. I drive it almost exclusively in electric mode. Yes, there are times when electric is unavailable but that is due to not putting gas in for a long time. Once I even put in 2-3 gals. good to go.

I met Gregg Guetzlaff between Christmas and New Years when I arrived at the dealership about a 2019 Audi RS 5 I had seen advertised online. He had told me the vehicle was at the Audi dealership awaiting a part that was on back order. Instead of swaying me away from this car and sell me another vehicle on the lot he told me all about the vehicle and answered the questions I had. I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

I bought two new Hyundai vehicles over the winter from Pam with far better trade values and discounts each time versus the 3 north GA Hyundai dealers near my Cumming GA home. The first deal was done over the phone until I drove over to make the trade, sign the papers, then drive home my new Elantra Hybrid Limited. The second trade was done completely remote, with a driver bringing the new Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid to the house along with the paperwork to sign. The driver drove off in my wife's CRV hybrid.

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

I went there just browsing but didn’t buy. Trish was literally like my personal shopper! She knew what I was looking for and each time something became available she would send me the info and even videos of the car! Never had anyone work this hard on my behalf! I have the Limited Edition and love everything about it. The car is comfortable with clean styling inside and out. The dual LCD display is amazing and was not sure about the heads up display but it is growing on me quickly. Unfortunately this car does not have the auto walk away locking system or it would have everything a man or woman could want in a SUV.

This is the best car I ever owned.Its fun to drive really something different that I am used to . 2 months now still no fill up with gas yet. Only complaint is no spare tire. And that noisy acoustic vehicle alert system.

Best car I’ve ever owned , it checks of all the box’s , plus the hybrid gives you great gas mileage and surprisingly lots of power . I’m 6ft 3 and fit comfortably and find myself volunteering to drive . Great car

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.

Overall, excellent customer service, my salesman, Mr. Langley was the best...the car was obtained from another dealer out of state and he kept me up-to-date daily of all issues they were having (mostly weather, holiday related).

The 25 Honda Civic Hatchback Hybrid Sport offers great driver safety features because of the collision alert and lane changing alerts. The driver's seat is easy to adjust because of the auto features. On the Sport mode side...it is great to be able to activate it so it makes braking smoother and it charges the battery faster.

Jim Haynes was very helpful in finding the Sandstorm EXL that we wanted. It was a long process since the Sandstorm color is not made in high quantity, but he kept us informed during the process and was very helpful with showing us the features of the vehicle. He also helped with tech questions during a follow up visit.

The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.
