I am very happy with the 2025 Honda CR-V AWD Hybrid Sport. I bought it in red color and have put 300 miles on the car so far and still have half a tank of gas. I find it very comfortable and I like less buttons to push as compared to my 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe which is loaded with 30 different buttons and gets 12 miles to the gallon.

Let me share that Honda had upped its game with the new CRV hybrid sport model Honda sales were going down and other makers specially Toyota Mazda and Hyundai are making some great cars and competition has really brought the best for the buyers Honda CRV hybrid sport is a great family vehicle Comfortable Sassy Runs great and fuel efficiency with the hybrid engine is also very good Few things Honda can improve are the technology aspect Its high time that the main touchscreen console be updated and made fully functional The system setting is not visible It should be more easy to navigate Technically is key and all the features should be easily accessible and easy to navigate

Approaching 25,000 miles and we haven’t had any issues. I actually enjoy choosing whether to run on electric or gas based on what my journey is. If you just put it in hybrid mode, you’re not utilizing the efficiency of the engine. My advice, think about your journey. If I’m jumping on the highway to then head into the city, I run it on gas on the highway then switch to all electric in the city -no point wasting the electric with highway driving! Then I use up the last of my electric when google tells me I’m X miles from home when I still have X miles of electric remaining to use it all up. When we just do local drives less than 25 miles (grocery, day care pick up etc.) we can literally run off electric only for days, even weeks. It just takes thinking about what your journey involves. Crawling traffic for a 5 mile slow down ahead, I’m on gas until I hit that traffic, then switch to electric. We’ve taken this Jeep (Willys) through plenty of winter storms with feet of snow and ice, never needed to use chains with its AWD or 4WD to choose from. Hopefully the great reliability continues.

The salesman did not pressure me and met ALL of my needs. I was a little off on my payoff and that was no problem, they took care of it... juut like that. John was patient and the management team had his back. There was no back and forth with management, I requested something and he ok'ed it. There were never any let me call you backs or anything. This place will get my business again, no doubt. I ended up not buying that day because the vehicle I saw online was much bigger than I imagined when I got there to drive it. But he's working with me on finding something a little bit smaller.

Recently purchased a GT Plus with black package. This is an underrated SUV and is a blast to drive. It has great performance, AWD, and features not found on other SUVs. It has a comfortable, very comfortable seats, and quiet ride. It handles really good, and the steering has good feel. The plus package adds leather heated and cooled seats and a heated steering wheel. The Harmon Kardon sound system sounds great. The interface system is loaded with apps and is responsive. The 268 HP and 295 torque puts other SUVs to shame. The Alfa DNA is what gives this vehicle the performance, character, and soul. The ONLY drawback I can find is limited cargo space. The discounts dealers are offering on this SUV makes this a steal. I think some of the negative reviews are from people working for other manufacturers.

Recently purchase a 2024 Hornet. The Hornet GT Plus is a very underrated vehicle. This is better than the competition.in performance, handling, interior quality tech, and comfort features over the competition. The Hornet is made in the same factory as the Alfa Romeo. This is what gives the Hornet Suv it's upscale interior, handling, and character. With the $10,000 discounts being offered these vehicles are a steal. Be sure to check one out if shopping for a compact SUV. Advice from a person that retired after 33 years in the car business.

Easiest car buying experience yet. They drove my truck to Houston, and it was just as beautiful in person, and drove my trade back to their location. The pictures are spot on. I was worried that buying a truck without driving it may be an issue but was assured that there was no obligation until it got here and O approved. Great experience.

The Jeep dealerships don't do body work on the vehicles. It has to be farmed out to a body shop....and this is across the board, not just this state.

Best car buying experience of my life... I've purchased over a dozen new vehicles and, while almost none were truly bad experiences, all pale in comparison to this one. Working with Shawn Ware and Randy Dugan was the easiest and most pleasant car buying process I've ever been through. I sent an inquiry via the website and got an immediate response from Shawn. Asked him for a few pictures and he texted them to me quickly. Sent him details about my trade-in vehicle and got a fair trade-in value from him very quickly and without any haggling. Asked for an actual deal sheet and he emailed me one within minutes (if you've never bought a car remotely getting an actual deal sheet sent to you is usually nearly impossible). I've used both Vroom and Carvana in the past and while I would be willing to use Carvana again I'd rather just call Shawn; it was a simpler and more pleasant experience. Once I was ready to do the deal Randy called to go over the specifics on the financials and, for the first time ever in my experience talking to finance managers, didn't try to do the hard sell on the extended warranties. He told me he had a couple of options and asked (yes asked!) if I wanted to know about them. Got him in touch with the loan officer at the credit union I used for the loan and he took it from there. To top it all off they delivered my new truck and picked up my trade-in for free to my home 250 miles away from their dealership. Total time from asking for some pictures to truck sitting in my driveway was less than 24 hours. Next time I'm in the Longview area I'll make a point to stop in and meet Shawn and Randy in person. Great experience all the way around.

Easiest, quickest and most painless car purchase I ever made I my life. I found the Accord I was interested in on Tower’s website the night before and dropped by the next day just to take a look. Tyler was the salesman who greeted us and at no point was he pushy or trying to get us to buy the car right then. He answered our questions, we did our test drive, got our quote and told him we wanted to sleep on it. The next morning I knew I wanted the car and by lunch I was driving away in my new Honda completely satisfied and happy with my experience and purchase. Purchased new 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited, the styling is on point, interior is laid out well comfortable. Got the matte finish bronze and it looks amazing. Our real world mpg is little higher than expected, coming in at 36 combined so far with it being driven 4k miles. The ONLY downside was our after sales service. Drove us insane trying to get the simplest request. Piece of window trim was missing when we took delivery, they had the car for 2+ months to "repair/replace" this ! During that time, it was probably promised "next Friday" , nearly every Fri., and always I always had to be the one to call to try and get update, if you could even talk to a live person, it would be always be * let me check and I'll call you back* and days would go by forcing you to call again. I can't say this about other Hyundai dealerships, but McDonough Hyundai in Georgia has the absolute, positively, worst customer service . It's like Popeyes Chicken, you that chicken sandwich is great, but you also they not known for the service, it ain't no Chik fil a.
