Honestly, this would have been a one star review all around, but thanks to Alder I'm giving all fives. Unfortunately, the customer agent who was handling my car service was let go or quit (I'm not sure which) the day they took my car in. This resulted in a multi-day, multi-problem situation that was frustrating and stressful. Alder took full accountability and set everything straight with no additional cost. I would definitely go back and ask for Alder specifically if I need anything else.

Our recent purchase and trade-in of cars at Eastlake Auto Brokers was very positive. The lot is set up with each type of vehicle with like vehicles side by side. Met in the parking lot with a helpful salesman who connected us with Paul who went with us on two promising test drives. When we came back the next week, Robbi was available and just as pleasant to work with since Paul was not there. Again, positive test drives and we were ready to make a purchase. Our Lexus SUV hybrid was beautifully detailed and after working with this team who do not pressure at all, we are blessed with what will be a vehicle that meets all the necessary requirements we've been looking for for two months. this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast

I won't say that my experience with Toyota of Lake City was 100% positive, but Alex was super helpful after the sale. Arben was also great during the sales process. I love my car.

Appearance of the Sport TRD is great, so far reliability is great. Fun to drive, my only complaint is lack of an area to place your phone or small items other than the console box. Back seat leg room leaves a little to be desired. Overall great truck. My first Tacoma, prior I had two Tundras, also great trucks

We had an error code coming up for our passenger side airbag that we took in to have diagnosed. Asha was wonderful and was able to assist in getting everything sorted out and processed with the warranty. What could have been a headache with Infiniti Corporate turned into a seamless repair thanks to her.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I want to appreciate the Toyota Lake City team as a whole. The outstanding hospitality I received yesterday from Max as he walked with me step by step towards making the right choice and purchasing of my Corolla Cross, not to forget Shay Wilson who with much love made it happen. I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

This is a great place to start your credit or recover from it. They will provide you with different options to have a positive outcome. They give you the maximum amount of trade-in for your vehicle. I would definitely recommend people or customers who want to build their credit or purchase the car they want. They has excellent varieties of cars to choose from.

Purchased a base Cayenne as a CPO from a local Porsche dealer in 2022 with 34,000 miles (this is my 6th Porsche). Better than any other SUV I have ever owned by far. Fun, reliable, and great looking. And a great deal.

Our truck was stolen 12 hours after my husband arrived in Seattle for work. Recovered 2 weeks later them declared totalled by insurance company. I searched and searched and the only place that had what we were looking for was Kendall Ford of Marysville. The whole process was SMOOTH and my husband has a way home now after the job is complete. Oh, home is 250 miles away.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. My service advisor, Justin Greider, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. He is a great asset to Bellevue BMW. Since I brought my vehicle in for a 36 month check up, that I thought was to be covered under the 36 month or 36,000 mile warranty / service plan from the original acquisition of the car, I was caught a bit off guard by the cost of the service at about $1,500. When a vehicle is sold with what I thought was most all regularly scheduled maintenance covered for 36 months, it was surprising to find otherwise. Yes, I approved the maintenance items with cost attached to them, as without the proper expertise in the engineering of the vehicle, and lacking car repair and maintenance expertise, it is impossible for me to know better than BMW as to what should or should not be done to properly maintain the vehicle. Assuming the maintenance items performed were required, then they should be included in the warranty / maintenance program, since they were required within the 36 month period.

I love everything about this car and for me, the ultimate driving experience. Bought 3 years ago with 54K miles. Now at 93K miles with NO mechanical or system problems always following regular maintenance. Just had BMW's Multipoint inspection during a scheduled oil change and passsed every category with flying colors. BMW dealer even offered to buy it from me. And, extra bonus with average 30 miles per gallon.

My household has owned many new cars over the years and previously owned a 2017 Santa Fe. The 2025 Calligraphy Hybrid has been amazing so far. Comparing it to the Toyota, Honda, Kia and Volkswagen in its class, we thought the interior was hands down the best in class. The amount of features included even outclass many in the next step up. Very quiet on engine noise and a nice smooth ride. We opted for the Atlantis blue exterior with the light gray interior and it looks great. We also like that the styling sets it apart from all others on the road. So far averaging 34 mpg and we are good with that. Super comfortable seats. The only nitpick would be that the driver attention warning, while using highway drive assist, is pretty aggressive and sometimes warns us to watch the road even when we are. Highly recommended.

PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

We've only had the Santa Fe for three weeks, but it's proving to be great. We would've preferred a PHEV, but this is still saving on energy and cost. Keeping it in the EV mode is becoming a bit of a game, in fact. The inside is very comfortable and we're learning all the time about the many safety features, navigation aids and infotainment.

Fantastic experience start-to-finish! Good selection, no pressure, personable staff. Our salesman Mike B was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what we wanted without pushing us one way or the other. Finance Manager Max M was also friendly, went over all the paperwork clearly, and explained very useful extended warranty options without all the nonsense other dealerships try to arm-twist you over. Buying a new car doesn't have to be a chore and we give Doug's our highest recommendation without hesitation!

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Just bought a new Tucson hybrid here. Folks at Kirkland Hyundai were great to work with. Good selection on the lot. Sales person Zishan was really straitforward and polite to work with. He was not at all pushy (like at some places) and didnt play any games. Was willing to work on price and the overall experience was good. Would definitly reccomend.

This is a great car for the money. Has many very advanced features. Are a few MINOR dislikes however. Key FOB is way too large and the backup "Key" is not part of the FOB but rather an attachment. Center console feels too high and out of place. Always pressing the buttons on it by mistake. Lighting on the HVAC temp knobs much too dim. No manual control for EV mode. No sunglass holder. Use of battery for EV mode is way too conservative. May be good for battery life but not good for mileage. These are minor flaws which could be corrected but overall I am very pleased with the car.
