I had a great experience purchasing my new 2025 Honda Civic from Nucar, after a few mishaps and misunderstandings with the online team Dave Belanger and the Manager stepped in to make everything right. I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

Bill Bradley was a fantastic sales person! We are in our 70’s been looking for a SUV for several months stopped into Stratham Honda and met Bill Bradley. Bill was extremely professional, great service, low sales pressure, very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

I was very happy working with Phillip Doten. He was very helpful and transparent about what we should purchase. Phil called a couple of days after purchasing the vehicle to ask how we were doing and if we had any questions.

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

I had the greatest experience with Kelly Honda I would recommend them if you are purchasing or leasing. The salesperson Luis Santiago was caring respectful. There was no stress leasing a new car. I got a great deal. The finance department was great too. If you want great service I would recommend Kelly on the Lynnway. There was no pressure no going back and forth. This is the best car I ever owned.Its fun to drive really something different that I am used to . 2 months now still no fill up with gas yet. Only complaint is no spare tire. And that noisy acoustic vehicle alert system.

If you want a RAV4, get the plug-in hybrid. The larger electric motor delivers much better acceleration than the standard hybrid. The infotainment system is a bit erratic and it is sometimes necessary to fiddle with it to get the radio to play. The mechanical systems are top-notch, fit and finish are good, and the car is pleasurable to drive. Electric driving range is up to 45 miles, depending on outdoor temperature. The 120 volt charging works well, but takes up to 12 hours for a full charge. If your car does not sit that long, you will want a fast charger.

My carcwas accidentally sprayed with driveway sealcoat material. The day it happened I stopped into your detail center. The gentleman in the office assured me that Modern Auto Detailing center would do their best to clean up the mess. It was 3 weeks later when I was finally able yo get it done. The team at the detail center went above and beyond to clean my car. They were professional and polite. They explained and showed me the areas of the car they weren't able to clean . They went above and beyond to fix someone else's mess. Thank you so very much

went in for a scheduled oil change and the only issue was that it took a little longer than I would expect. But service rep was great and did apologize for the delay. Key Hyundai waiting area and facilities are nice, clean and provide free coffee, cold drinks and snacks.

This 2024 HybridHighlander car has hit all the check marks: comfortable, easy to use instrument layout and technology, 35-36 mpg, impressive power for a small 4 cylinder motor. I am very pleased with this car at the 1000 mile mark. I think the price is a little high, but very satisfied.

The 25 Honda Civic Hatchback Hybrid Sport offers great driver safety features because of the collision alert and lane changing alerts. The driver's seat is easy to adjust because of the auto features. On the Sport mode side...it is great to be able to activate it so it makes braking smoother and it charges the battery faster.

I admit it, I've never liked car shopping. The research, hours at the dealer and the usual endless negotiations have never made for a fun experience. When I went to 495 Mazda to test drive a CX-5, I was expecting more of the same. The first surprise was the dealership itself... there wasn't one! They're in the process of having one built so the building in place right now is more like one of those trailers you see at construction sites. Instead of a showy inside, it was just round tables, a TV and a very comfortable vibe. And the cutest French bulldog named Whitney greeted me on arrival and slept in my lap during lease negotiations! My salesperson, Ben, took a great test drive with me covering both highway and back streets so I could get an in-depth feel for both surfaces. He also covered every feature in detail and helped me set up everything from the radio to how soon my doors will lock when I get out of the car. Mike, the Finance Manager made the paperwork a breeze. Everyone was really nice and made the experience a positive one. Best of all, I LOVE my car!

Awesome gas mileage! Can get 41mpg easily. I chose this over a rav4. I just didn't want to have the same SUV as every other one on the Rd. I love the looks of this vehicle. Interior is way nicer than any rav4 you can buy. I will say that one negative was that I had to replace the front brakes at 10k miles. And it is not my driving! I owned a Honda Accord hybrid previously and the brakes had over 100k on them when I traded it in. I drive this the same way I drove that car and on the same commute. I did hear there was a tsb for the brakes. Rather than make an appt, destroy my rotors waiting to get in, and listen to that awful squealing for another 2 weeks. I just changed the brakes myself. The parts were very inexpensive. The only other annoying thing was that I couldn't get heated steering wheel the top of the line model hybrid... seriously mazda?

2023 Highlander Hybrid greatly improved over the 2009 model. Over 37+ miles per gallon , smoother quieter ride than our 2009 which we enjoyed until finding how improved the 2023 models are plus the safety features.

This car was bought to replace a 2017 Toyota Camry that was totaled in an accident. After much searching we found the interior/exterior color combo we wanted. This is our first hybrid ,and while it takes a little time to get used to the feel of a hybrid, we were very happy with the drivability and overall feel of the car.Honda claims up to 48 MPG city. We've achieved low 40's since our current commute is very short. That will most likely change once I start driving for Uber again, so I'm confident that the MPG figure will reach Honda's claim.

We purchased the SX Prestige and it's a very well appointed vehicle. It is very comfortable for adults in the first two rows of seats and the third row is comfortable for the grandkids. It drives like a dream and has just about every safety system you could imagine which was daunting for my wife at first but she has a handle on it all now. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need for a comfortable ride. The exterior is very stylish and doesn't have that minivan look at all nor does it look like most of the mid size SUVs. The warranty is excellent which should give you an additional sense of security as far as long term issues with the major systems. Overall this is one of the nicest vehicles we have owned and we have owned the higher priced competitors of the same style and size. It is at a fair price point for what you get but my suggestion is to purchase the prestige package as it's only a few thousand more and the difference is pretty significant. As of yet I see no drawbacks to this vehicle and am glad that I took a look at KIA.

The features of sxp trim model is an exceptional value for the price. The interior space for a 6’3” person like myself is very comfortable, both leg and head space. Drive is very smooth for a compact SUV. Front windshield design provides great visibility. Seats are comfortable and provide excellent support. Good acceleration for its class. It’s not designed to be a sports car. The vehicle style and the Vesta Blue color is eye catching. I’ve only owned the vehicle for a week, money well spent if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Just pick the right dealership from which to buy. Do your due diligence and enjoy the ride.

It was a very pleasant experience. They did not try to pressure me into buying a car which would have not helped anyone. They did seem to be very motivated to try to sell me the car I had checked out by negotiating a deal I thought was pretty fair after the initial one or two offerings.

I’ve had this car about a month now and I love it. It drives smoothly and seamlessly. The body is just a tad smaller than my old impala which is also very nice!
