I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

I was met at the door by a very nice gentleman who asked if he could help and guided me to the service department. The guy in service was equally helpful, explained the process, and offered things to assist with my wait. All this was greatly appreciated as this was my first trip with my Audi for service. I could have taken advantage of the drop-off/pick-up service, but I chose instead to just walk to the mall. While there, I was given text message updates, received a video showing the inspection, and was called to inform me of service completion. Upon returning, I was given the opportunity to ask questions, was guided to the cashier, and was thanked by everyone I encountered, including the guy doing the video, for my business. Very pleasant experience!

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

Scheduled appointment, arrived and checked in hassle free. Waited for service to be done, checked out hassle free and was on my way within a reasonable amount of time. Pretty much what I expected and had hoped for on this appointment. The only thing I think they could be a little better at is for them to state to the customer the work that was completed just so the customer walks out being reassured that the work was all completed and nothing was missed.

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

Our 2024 Ford Escape has been excellent. We bought the ST Line package and its performance has been flawless in the 1st 5 months. Really like the heated steering wheel included with the Cold Weather Package and the safety features of Tech Package 1.

In the car buying world there are many variables that make it pleasant or unpleasant aside from the not so pleasant task of buying a car. Karl Card was not just helpful, He went above and beyond in his attempts to help us get the car that would be the perfect car. He did not pressure us in any way to buy things we did not want. We have only had our 2025 Sorento Plug-In Hybrid for a little over 2 weeks, but we have taken it on a road trip and now have over 2000 miles on it. Not disappointed at all. Yes, if you cruise at 80mph on the freeway, you will not get 33mpg. But if you keep it at 70 to 74, you will be close. The gas engine by itself does not get 33mpg, but the hybrid puts about 2 miles worth of electricity into the battery for every 10 or 15 miles that you drive, so the mileage averages out pretty good. My wife commutes 28 miles round-trip to work, and can drive all week without the gas engine even coming on. The paddle shifters are awesome; in sport mode they change gears, in all other modes they act to increase braking regeneration and slow the car down without using the brake pedal. The SUV is quiet, smooth, and comfortable. It looks great and charges in 3:40h on my home Level 2 charger. Yeah, it is more expensive than I thought any Kia would ever be, but compared to the competition it is priced about right. NOTE; The closest competition is really the Toyota Highlander, or the Grand Highlander. The 3rd row seats and size of the Kia make the Hond CRV and the Toyota RAV4 look small in comparison.

Had an excellent experience during the buying process. My only complaint is that there was a small issue with the truck. A plastic piece around the steering column was loose, not a big deal but I wanted it fixed. Sales person was right on it, took it back to service and brought the truck back after about 30-45 minutes and said they are going to order the part and we'll call you when it arrives. I get a call the next day from the service manager, he explains that my information wasn't in the system yet and that there was a miscommunication between the sales person and the service department so they couldn't create a service ticket to get the part ordered. He asked if I could bring the truck in again so they could find out what part they needed to order and that I'll need to bring it back once the part arrives. I live 30 minutes away from the dealership so making an extra trip is a little bit of an inconvenience. The service manger was very nice and did apologize for the mistake and the inconvenience. Mistakes happen and no one is perfect just a bit of a let down. I would still recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. This is the only interaction I've had with the Service department so far, so I'm hoping everything goes well.

Very efficient and helpful. Provide a Shuttle service that I found very helpful. Staff was extremely courteous. Timely in scheduling and servicing the vehicle. Will return for service when necessary.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

I was wanting to downsize from a F150 super crew because of garage space and I needed something easier to get in and out of. The Maverick fills both needs very nicely and gets lots better fuel economy. So far I am very happy with my decision.

The service department always provide excellent service. They always let you know up front the costs and keep in touch with you while your car is being serviced.

Just purchased a used 2021 Accord Hybrid EX-L. In my first tank of gas, I'm averaging more than 50 MPG. Really nice car...glad we bought it. We test drove the Camry and the Sonata as well but preferred the interior of the Accord. Quiet, comfortable ride. Lots of nice features. We have 2008 Accord with 175K miles and counting. Look forward to another ten plus years with the Hybrid.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

The Prius is the last cat you will have to buy. The reason being is that this vehicle is extremely reliable. It gets over 50 MPG & it doesn’t have any issues or problems whatsoever. I was skeptical upon purchasing this vehicle, being 6 ft. 1 & 235 lbs, but it actually is quite comfortable inside. Overall this is a rock solid vehicle, it will not disappoint you in any way. Highly recommended!

The main reason I got this car was the gas milage and it doesn’t disappoint! My drive to work is 14 miles one way. My old Jeep, I had to fill up every other week. Overall, I’ve owned my XL for about 2 weeks. So far I’ve only taken one trip with it which was a 2 hour drive one way. It handled incredibly well with the slick roads, and the drive was enjoyable. I took one star off reliability because the battery issue. 1 week into owning it I took a 5 minute trip to the grocery store which turned into a 5 hour ordeal. The car only sat there for about 2 minutes and I went to remote start from my app. It said there was an error and I figured I was too far away (about 100 yards). I got out to my truck and started it and it gave me a bunch of error messages. It couldn’t drive. So, I called to have it jumped. They came out to jump it and even afterwards, it had all sorts of error messages. I ended up waiting another 2 hours for the tow truck and ended up being stuck at the dealership for another hour. The next day my car was returned to me, good as new. It was a battery issue according to the dealership. They put in a new battery and it’s working fine again. That’s why I took off one star for reliability. I’m hoping this doesn’t happen again in the future. Also, the amount of recalls is impressive and disheartening. If you’re in the market for a small truck with good gas mpg, this is your car. I don’t use the bed, but I plan on getting a cover so I can put luggage back there for my next trip.

I recently traded in a 2013 Toyota Prius C for this car, a 2025 Prius LE AWD in guardian grey. I loved my old car so I was interested in sticking with the prius and I'm glad I did. They've upgraded this car in so many ways and it is truly fun to drive now. Pros: -Upgraded engine. This engine has more than double the power of the old engines and it makes a huge difference without hurting the fuel economy at all. It makes this car super fun to drive and it handles very well. -Improved styling. These cars don't look anything like the old priuses. They look so much sportier and overall better. I also really liked most of the color options they had. -Value and reliability. The new priuses provide better power combined with the same great fuel economy that prius has become known for. I regularly get 60 mpg. They also aren't very expensive comparatively. I also know that as long as I take care of it I will likely get at least 12 years out of this car like I did with my last prius. Cons: -Not a lot of headroom. Technically speaking, this car has comparable headroom with it's main competitor, the Honda Civic Hybrid, but with the design of the car (long and low) it feels like less. This isn't an issue for me but I can see how it would be an issue for others. -Decreased visibility. Again, because the car is long and low, the windows have slightly decreased visibility compared to earlier generations of this car. I think the safety features in this car more than make up for it so I don't really have an issue with it. -Cheaper materials. The plastic pieces in the interior of the car feel a little bit cheaper and flimsier than they did in my old prius. It's not enough to be a huge issue and the interior is well designed so I don't really notice it but there is a difference. However this is something I noticed in all of the cars that I tested so it's not limited to this model or brand. Overall, this is a great car and I'm very happy with it!

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

Efficient and kept me up to speed on what was going on. Takes a little longer than a speedy oilchange place but you get the multipoint inspection which is peice of mind.

The 25 Honda Civic Hatchback Hybrid Sport offers great driver safety features because of the collision alert and lane changing alerts. The driver's seat is easy to adjust because of the auto features. On the Sport mode side...it is great to be able to activate it so it makes braking smoother and it charges the battery faster.

PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

This car is loaded. There is nothing on the lot any better. Full featured. Air condition leather seats. Birdseye view. Would love to have a prime with all these features but I have not seen one yet.

We went to the pre-owned lot to look at a 2019 Jeep Cherokee we found online. Ron Nickens was very professional, nice, easy to talk and over a nice guy. After taking the car for a test drive, I was interested and there were a few minor cosmetic issues amd he was more than happy to do what he could to take care of it. After a little negotiations we came to a price we could agree to. Ron has been a very good person, and followed up, made sure to get the cosmetic issues taking care of It had only one key fob, I ordered one and he is making sure to get it programmed there at no cost. I would recommend him and this dealership
