I went to Tarrytown Honda to purchase a used vehicle. I worked with Luis R. and found him to be a upfront and honest gentleman. Dealing with him and the rest of the staff made a usually stressful situation very pleasant. I recommend anyone who is looking for a new a used car to check out Tarrytown Honda.

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

This is my 7th or 8th car with Honda. I have never leased a car from the Tarrytown dealership until today, and I will not be leasing from anyone else after today. Reggie was TOP notch. Calm, kind and explained everything every step of the way. Everyone there wonderful and it was an easy experience. How often can you say that about leasing a car? I seriously can not say enough about all of these people and the experience!

Checks all the boxes we were looking for. Very comfortable, plenty of technology, safety, great mpg, Honda reliability, nice handling. Priced very reasonably for a hybrid with all the included amenities. Listed as a compact SUV but is as roomy as a mid size.

Tarrytown Honda Dealership accomodated repairs. Reverse all negative reviews. If you are not a Mechanic I would recommend that you bring one to review any Pre-owned purchases.

The vehicle runs great & is great on mpg too. My only dissatisfaction is that the CarPlay does not hold in its memory. In the 3 weeks I have owned, I've tried at least a dozen times but it does not stay in sync with my iPhone the next time I restart the car. Now I have to make a special appt with dealer service to fix this. Big waste of my time!! Did not expect this from Honda.

The car has really nice performance and drives very nicely but a few quirks. First the manuals are only available digitally and in many cases it’s a complex game to find what you are looking for. The search function is not forgiving. In other cases the information is weak and missing key elements. Some settings are sticky (rain sensor for the wipers), others are not ( auto high-beams), with no rationale. The controls on the left side of the steering wheel are a mystery and the customization on the dash board view is either: show the map or don’t show the map ( which disappears when you shift into reverse). The sound controls for the radio are lacking: no fader or balance controls. Lastly, if you want your garage door opener controls integrated into the car, be prepared to shell out another $995.

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! Simply amazing! From start to finish this car is a pure joy to drive and own. Add a spoiler and minor accessories and people will think it’s a type R. I got the Sport Touring Hybrid hatchback in bright blue and I have no complaints, from looks to features this is hands down car of the year. If you are in the market for a car this is definitely a top candidate. Well done Honda.

I didn’t end up dealing with them but they were quick to respond my inquiries about the vehicle I was interested on. They even let me know to NOT come to my appointment when my car went under a “pending” offer which saved me the trip. Unlike other dealers that I experience during my search that were even posting fake adds to good to be true just to get ones attention and then the old: -sorry we sold it- but not until I was already there wasting precious time. I will recommend Tarrytown Honda, they were profesional, respectful and polite even though we only exchanged a few phone calls. Thank you.

I just got this vehicle a month ago almost now. I am just now about to fill my first paid gas tank. I really love the vehicle. Yes, great gas mileage with normal driving behaviors is feasible. I am trending close to getting 50mpg in 80/20 city/highway usage on this first tank. I do expect it to change each tank and especially in the summer heat where I live which starts in April where I live till December. The performance is why you're paying more money for this car. Test Drive it and use all the modes and Honda's website recommends using economy mode on the highway, which I agree. Normal is perfect for city use and Sport is great if you wanna show off. It handles amazing! It is plenty of roomy. Surprised how much headroom it has, almost like an SUV for someone who is 5'9. The features are nice. Fit and Finish is nice. Is it premium like a Mazda inside and out, no. The styling is more contemporary modern. Not flashy, but also nice looking. I got the Touring model. It is worth the upcharge for sure!

The car is almost perfect except for: The build quality isn’t what I remember from prior Hondas. Exterior fit and finish leave much to be desired. The extensive use of piano black inside and out. Scratches and swirls galore.

I love this car! It is very comfortable and efficient. It drives very well with acceleration when needed but also great fuel economy. I really enjoy the stereo system. I have nothing negative to say about this car. Valley Honda in Naperville Illinois were a great team to work with. They listened to my needs and found me the perfect car. A very pleasant buying experience.

The quality of service is outstanding. You can be absolutely confident that your service issues will be addressed correctly. The service area is immaculate and the staff particularly Diane Bodge are very courteous. However it is difficult for me to justify the expense for the service. I just had the 40 k with the replacement of the window control unit due to a broken switch. The bill is over 2000 dollars. I have a 2014 boxter s. They are wonderful cars. Extremely reliable.

The car drives wonderfully, is pretty, and is very comfortable. So why not 5 stars all the way? Two issues. It had a weird electronic problem. Despite multiple tries, they couldn't fix it. Finally they contacted the factory in Germany and got it fixed. Cost about 3 weeks of car use. But that's not the biggy. The Home Link transmitter is so weak that it cannot open the garage door from outside. Despite many complaints, they can't fix it. So while a minor issue, it should not be an issue on such an expensive car.

The experience was above, and beyond professional and courtesy. The Manger Paul was a consummate professional that provided A class customer care. 2 Mannys Auto sales is a top notch , best used car dealership around. No pressure transparency, excellent customer service, Billy was my salesman. Billy took alot of time with me securing a bank loan for me. I just started a new job and he found me a bank loan. Through the whole process of the car buying Billy took time to explain all the paperwork to me. A pleasurable buying experience. They are doing something right, because I was there on a Saturday. 4 cars were sold. I highly recommend 2 Mannys for your next car.

This car has EVERYTHING! I would go camping & could lay in the back and watch dvds. It even has a traditional outlet in the back so you can use it for: a hairdryer, electric pump to blow up air mattress, a microwave, etc! You could live in this car if you wanted to! I hate to even part with it because i barely ever had to fill it with gas. Only selling it because someone gave me a new car. I’m sure you’ll love it too!
