On site for our Honda service and spotted a used truck we liked. As we looked it over, Eli Gonzalez, one of their product specialists, stepped over and introduced himself. As we continued to look at the truck he answered our questions and finally asked if we’d like to test drive it. Never tried to upsell the truck. Throughout, Eli was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. What he wasn’t was pushy. No hard sell, no pressure. He just followed our lead. So easy to work with! Ultimately we purchased the truck and found our entire buying experience at AVH one of the best we’ve ever had. They bought our trade-in sight unseen; they fixed a dent and some scratches on the truck; they chased down a missing key from the previous owner; and finally, when our trade-in showed up with a cracked windshield, they didn’t change any part of our deal. I'm loving the 2025 Hybrid Sport-L. Honda put just the right amount of luxury features to make this the "sweet spot" of the Hybrid line-up. Only quibbles (and they are small) would be the slight lack of power from 40mph to 70mph and the lack of mud flaps/guards on the Hybrid models (easy and cheap to add on). I've average 32 city and about 38 highway. With its relatively small gas tank, I'm average 400-450 miles per tank at about $30 per fill up.

I stopped in with my son, a first time buyer who was looking for something to tackle the snow with. As soon as we stepped out of our vehicle, Dominic approached us with a friendly aura and introduced himself with a smile. Ya know, most of the time when you’re greeted that fast as a auto shopper you’re thinkin’ uh-oh another pushy salesman, but that was far from the case. This dealership was helpful and willing to give us a car buying experience that was unmatched by previous lots around the region. The staff is friendly and treat you as one of their own. If you are looking for great Hybrid mileage, this car will be a disappointment, but if you will settle for better-than-average overall mileage, it is a great car. I love the safety features that come standard with the Blue Hybrid and love that it doesn't stop and start at traffic lights! It runs smoothly and has plenty of power for me. I am happy with it despite the disappointing highway mileage (I'm not on the highway often).
