PROS: * Overall 39 or 40 MPG combined city and highway. Really. * 500+ mile range on a full tank * Toyota's driver assist goodies work well (radar cruise, et. al) to reduce driver fatigue in both stop-and-go commuting and highway trips. * Sufficient power and acceleration to compete with big-city freeway traffic; uphill freeway on-ramps and so forth. * Nicely agile without being skittish. It goes where you tell it to with no drama. * I have done mild off-roading in Arizona. No problems, handles as hoped for. CONS: * Only one I can think of. Front seats are stiff. I find myself shifting my weight to get comfortable more often than I like.

Just leased my second car from this dealership and had just as great of an experience as the first time around. I worked with Casey and he was wonderful, always stayed in touch and made sure I had all the information needed to make the best decision for me. He was very understanding and researched all avenues before helping me to settle on the best option available. I had a very good experience with buying my new Seltos EX. Working with Kyle McGuire and Andrew Sears was perfect. I had questions and always received a very friendly and accurate answer. The ride and room are quite good. In cold weather the mileage is 35-37 mpg and in warm weather up to mid 40s. The 40 mpg noted on the sticker is quite obtainable based on the16k miles driven to date. Toyota also fixed the gas tank issue which my vehicle had.

I love this place & I'm very happy with my vehicle, BUT... my only complaint is the service center chargers outrageous prices! Seriously, OUTRAGEOUS!! I made the mistake of purchasing my brake pads and rotors here, instead of going to a my local mechanic shop and I practically paid double! What would have cost me about $600 INCLUDING parts & labor at Busheys Auto, cost me $952 here!!! YES, $952 & that's including the FREE inspection and I didn't even need tires like I thought I was going to and I STILL walked out paying almost $1,000!! As a single mother of two, that literally killed me financially. However, I didn't feel as if I really had a choice because my rear brakes were already down to the metal; my fault, I know, but I didn't want to leave and wait to get in somewhere else. LESSON LEARNED!! I won't use the service center for out-of-pocket expenses. It's been two days and I'm still just sick over that amount I had to pay! Anyway, aside from the cost the people are very friendly and I would recommend getting a vehicle here, I just don't recommend purchasing anything through the service center unless, of course it's covered under warranty or a free service. 😉

This is my 3rd RAV4 Hybrid XLE It's a well made vehicle. Reliable. Comfortable. Efficient. Quiet It has all the comfort features I consider necessary.

The service department at Berlin City is always excellent to deal with. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, my car is always done in a timely manner, and the valet service means that there is no interruption to my day when my car needs service.

Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

A huge shout out to Chris adams for walking me through the buying process. I randomly showed up one Friday afternoon and decided I would like to purchase a Mitsubishi eclipse cross. He immediately stopped what he was doing and focused on me. I was a first time buyer and he made the buying process as easy as he could for me. I traded in a Corolla hatchback for this RAV4. I love the size inside. I love the screen and it’s pretty comfortable though. I haven’t taken it on a very long trip. My gas mileage has decline since winter has come, but so far the all-wheel-drive is handling the snow

I recently had a mechanical emergency with my vehicle. My car was towed to the service center at Key Automotive in the evening hours. I received a friendly phone call from Ethan in the service department first thing the next the morning. Ethan’s customer service exceeded my expectations from start to finish. My vehicle was diagnosed and repaired by noon. The atmosphere when picking up my vehicle was professional and friendly. They had even washed my vehicle before I arrived! Even though this is not a local automotive facility for me, I will be back for all of my sales and service needs!

We purchased a 2024 hybrid sport touring last July 2023. We had been driving a BMW X3 prior to this car. So far I really enjoy the vehicle. It is not a BMW in terms of handling and engine performance. The upside is hopefully it will not cost as much to keep on the road as the BMW. Also gas mileage is pretty amazing for a large vehicle like this. Most of the time we average around 40 miles per gallon around town and 35 or so as long as we're not driving 75 plus miles per hour. The Bose stereo system is great, better than the BMW in my opinion. Even though the sunroof is not panoramic we didn't open the BMW sunroof because if it broke replacing or fixing it would have been three plus thousand dollars!

The one weak point is that there is a design defect. The exhaust manifold leading to cylinders tends to get clogged up. Must be cleaned every 60 k miles (200 dollar job) to avoid head gasket replacement. Otherwise should run forever. 250 k miles and doesn't use drop of oil. 2014 is known to be vintage year, with all kinks worked out of generation 3 - except for aforementioned. Besides being ultra reliable, the car is simply the best use of space and readily available fuel possible. Enormous cargo space with back seats down. Up, passengers have room almost equivalent to full-size sedan. Simply best car ever made. Just look out for traction battery expense. But even that can be mitigated using rebuilt batteries and independent shops.

Started out "not so good" as we didn't have an appointment for our rav4 prime 10k service,even though we had a text confirmation of an appointment change to this date and time. We'd changed it 2 months earlier because we were out of town on original appointment and had a text confirming the change. Fortunately we had Victoria Barbagallo for our service tech! She managed to squeeze us in and we were in and out with full service in 45 minutes....saving us a wasted 1 hour round trip. Have a toyota service problem at Handy Motors?
