First and foremost, he had a quality used BMW that fit our budget and immediately addressed minor details most dealerships would overlook as “normal wear”. He was very attentive to our schedule and desire for a good feel ending. Absolutely a fantastic experience, no fake stuff here. I would highly recommend Rick and this dealership to anyone!! We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

Everything was good but ??my opinion is, when you make an appointment on line they should start on your car in a reasonable time . Over an hour before car gets pulled in shop is not what I consider an express oil change .

With 40-48 mpg around town and close to 40 mpg on the highway, we have saved several thousand dollars on gas by trading our Odyssey for this CRV-hybrid. It can carry a lot of baggage and is really comfortable on long trips. Great heating and cooling system, top-notch reliability with low maintenance costs. Our other car is a 2014 CR-Z hybrid, and we've owned 8 Hondas to date.

My household has owned many new cars over the years and previously owned a 2017 Santa Fe. The 2025 Calligraphy Hybrid has been amazing so far. Comparing it to the Toyota, Honda, Kia and Volkswagen in its class, we thought the interior was hands down the best in class. The amount of features included even outclass many in the next step up. Very quiet on engine noise and a nice smooth ride. We opted for the Atlantis blue exterior with the light gray interior and it looks great. We also like that the styling sets it apart from all others on the road. So far averaging 34 mpg and we are good with that. Super comfortable seats. The only nitpick would be that the driver attention warning, while using highway drive assist, is pretty aggressive and sometimes warns us to watch the road even when we are. Highly recommended.

I have owned 2 Volvo's and both have been amazing including the 22 XC60 PHEV. I once had to wait for a part for longer than I would have liked but I was in a service loaner that was an upgrade to my car so I'm not really complaining. Overall, the car is quick, great on gas when I'm not using Electric daily. It's comfortable, great to look at, it can tow small boats/campers and is great for a small family/couple. I couldn't have been happier, it was just what I needed before going all the way EV.
