I am a dad here in Florida and my daughter lives up in Maine. Imagine the helplessness of not being able to help your daughter not only look for a vehicle, but to be there to ensure she is not taken advantage of or not sold a lemon. Well this dealership went over and above helping this Florida dad review a vehicle, price the vehicle and actually purchase a vehicle. My daughter merely took a test drive fell in love with the vehicle and although it's not a new vehicle, the care, customer service and attention was given to me and my situation as if I were purchasing the most expensive vehicle ever. I have had the 2020 Hyundai Ioniq Plugin for 3 weeks now and just filled up yesterday. I drove 720 miles on first tank of gas and the car only holds 11 gallons. I'm impressed, and the mpg will only get better as I learn the tricks to better mpg. The car still has get up and go in sport mode when needed, but that's not what you buy the car for. I'm a real estate appraiser and do a lot of stop and go driving, so it's the perfect car for me. I have the limited trim package and the interior is comfortable and stylish. The new infotainment system is easy to use and comes with Android Auto and Apple Car Play. (Toyota Prius Prime please take note). The car comes with a $4,500 federal tax credit for Plugin Electric, and because I was patient and waited to buy the 2020 model in early 2021 I received about $7,000 off MSRP as well from Marik Hyundia in the Boston area. I had to buy the car out of state because they do not sale the plugin version in GA. I did have to pay a transport fee, but the overall savings more than made up for the transport cost. Over all I'm super satisfied with my purchase.

The car has really nice performance and drives very nicely but a few quirks. First the manuals are only available digitally and in many cases it’s a complex game to find what you are looking for. The search function is not forgiving. In other cases the information is weak and missing key elements. Some settings are sticky (rain sensor for the wipers), others are not ( auto high-beams), with no rationale. The controls on the left side of the steering wheel are a mystery and the customization on the dash board view is either: show the map or don’t show the map ( which disappears when you shift into reverse). The sound controls for the radio are lacking: no fader or balance controls. Lastly, if you want your garage door opener controls integrated into the car, be prepared to shell out another $995.

My 2024 Maverick hasn't arrived yet but the sales staff has been very informative and responsive. Although everyone I've met at Key Ford so far has been friendly and helpful, I've mostly worked with Nick who is attentive, knowledgable and seems to be a straight shooter. Hoping things will continue to go well when my vehicle arrives. I'm planning to go to Key Ford for all my warranty service as well. This is my first Ford and am hoping they continue to take care of me going forward.

I’ve owned this for 2.5 years, I bought it because it was as jeep and allowed me to drive it in electric mode. Few problems. I drive it almost exclusively in electric mode. Yes, there are times when electric is unavailable but that is due to not putting gas in for a long time. Once I even put in 2-3 gals. good to go.

I have owned 2 Volvo's and both have been amazing including the 22 XC60 PHEV. I once had to wait for a part for longer than I would have liked but I was in a service loaner that was an upgrade to my car so I'm not really complaining. Overall, the car is quick, great on gas when I'm not using Electric daily. It's comfortable, great to look at, it can tow small boats/campers and is great for a small family/couple. I couldn't have been happier, it was just what I needed before going all the way EV.

I hate buying cars because I hate everything about the process -- from the negotiating to the whole "salesman asking the manager" ordeal, and Greg made it simple and easy.

First brand new car I’ve ever bought. Love it so far. Fairly quick when it needs to be, just don’t hammer it down if not needed. Love the screen and controls. Gas mileage is amazing. Overall happy. Only complaint is the third row is definitely for smaller kids. My two tennage boys despise getting back there. Not a ton of space if third row is up, but set it down and there is plenty! Enjoy

Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I had warranty service done on my 2016 XC70. I just moved to Maine and this was my first visit to Goodwins. I have owned Volvos for 20 years and Goodwins is the best dealer I have ever been to. They were honest and kept me informed throughout the process. Very good dealer.

Great experience overall the salesman nick was great to work with. Love my ford ranger. Great work with financing. Only negative is we waited over an hour for the vehicle to be cleaned. The truck was brand new even the salesman was getting frustrated. They did comp us an oil change which was appreciated.

Infotainment wasn't ready when I purchased the car. After approx 5 software updates in the first three months (mostly at the dealer), the car has been flawless. I now enjoy the Google interface very much, and love the car. I regularly get 45 miles e-range on easy highway drive, perfect for my commute. My car doesn't have air suspension, so the ride is arguably too firm for concrete pavement I have in my area. Could also be because of the curb rash-prone 20 inch wheels, I would choose an 18" wheel instead. Car materials and fit/finish are just superb, makes you feel special. It also makes driving my second car a chore :)

Towed in on a Friday afternoon---staring at leaving the car for the weekend and needing a rental as I was still an hour from my destination--service manager took over and my car was repaired in two hours at a fair price---highly recomend this dealership.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone
