New and used 2025 Hyundai ELANTRA Limited for sale near Hawaiian Gardens, CA

visited this Anaheim dealership twice over two weeks. First was just looking around, then I checked out another dealership in Orange but ended up rushing back here to lease a Ioniq 5 with all-wheel drive. Juan Zúñiga handled everything from the get-go, and there was no pressure whatsoever. I test drove 3 cars, hopped in and out of them loads, and nobody rushed me. Leased a new 2025 ELANTRASEL sport from Ontario Hyundai so far so good as far as the car goes. Still waiting for one of the sales managers to call me back regarding the alarm on the car I got a lot of misinformation regarding the alarm. Also, the sales person said they would call me back regarding the feedback on the survey on my car buying experience. I thought I was being coached on how to answer the questions on my new car experience. Been waiting since at least June 17 for the sales manager to call me back and the sales person not too happy about that.. I should’ve waited longer before I answered the questions regarding my new car buying experience I would’ve answered differently than what I did. Would like the general manager to contact me. We had a great experience at Hyundai Santa Monica. Buying a used car can take alittle more time then a new car since you have to do your research and really go over the car with a fine tooth comb. Ben Nabili was great! Very pleasant and patient. Gave us all the time we needed. Minor issues were addressed and fixed. Mike in finance was very helpful in making all our finance options clear. Anthony in sales made good on the promise of a full tank of gas ⛽️. We purchased a used 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. Overall it was a great experience.

There was so many people there at South Bay Hyundai Service Drive! Their service is great! i took my Sonata for maintenance and the service advisor Calvin was super helpful and very sharp. Never was I pressured, made appointment, went in and once again, I never felt pressured, Juan was informative, professional, friendly, best service I have ever received buying a new car. I left In my new car feeling like I was part of a new family. Aladin in finance was real and friendly. And the wonderful man who got us approved was also incredible. I feel horrible that his name is escaping me right now. I see the past reviews are not that high but ownership has changed and the service is now incredible. Once again ask for Juan Z. He is amazing. Was in the market for a nice used car, narrowed it down to a couple models. The Sonata edged out the competition and the staff was nice to work with. Kevin was low pressure and the experience was quite painless.

We made the deal on the phone, so there was no negotiating once i got to the dealership. Once there, the staff was attentive and prompt. Made the whole experience enjoyable.

They take of me and my car, always, gee, they even treated me to lunch while I waited the 2 hours to do my car.
