Bill Raynor was wonderful; full of knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm. He took time to fully educate us on settings and how to use the technology. Careful to offer lots of facts, he was willing to share opinions, but only if specifically asked. His years in the business have not jaded his tactics, and he continues making the customer feel they are at the center of the sale. Bill was thoughtful in his questions to help guide the customer to the best possible deal without imposing frivolous charges. I definitely recommend. I bought my car (2025 Elantra) in March. The process was super easy. They had almost everything ready for me when it came time to sign, pay and drive. Also went in for an oil change already and the service consultants I dealt with were fast and communicative. I was in and out in a little over an hour.
