My son was in search for a Hyundai Tucson. After completing a form on Hiley Hyundai of Fort Worth’s website, I immediately received a text from a sales consultant, Vanessa Casillas. Vanessa was very helpful in answering my questions and asked when would be a good time for my son and I to come in to the dealership. From the time we arrived at the dealership to the time we left with my son’s new Hyundai Tucson, Vanessa was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Not only did Vanessa make our overall experience a positive one, but we also received great customer service from Marshall and Dillon.

We have purchased 12 cars since 2004. The buying experience has always been straight forward....easy and fair. No games. The service department is great and have never had a problem getting appointments for routine mantainance. In 12 cars only 2 minor warranty visits immediately taken care of. I have financed and leased and have always had confidence in that department to provide the deal etc that is best for us at the time and they have done so. I have recommended thisdealerto several friends over the years that have purchased cars and still today are highly satisfied.

The dealership was amazing. Everything worked seamlessly, the people were friendly and knowledgeable, and they have great products. We leased a GV80, and it is a dream car. Also, the service offered for the first 3 years is amazing. No need to go to the dealership, they come to you with a loaner Genesis. WOW

me close, after going back and forth we finally agreed om a price, I said I was not interested in a service warranty and didn't want any funny busines in finance, bare in mind It was close to closing time by the time I made it into financing with Dillon, it all started out until he started in with a service warranty, said I didn't want, he then said it should a no brainer, then he said it would only be an extra 10 bucks a month, which I calculated to be $840.00. Once I got home I noticed it actually cost me 2,800 , needless to I felt misled. At the moment I'm in contact with the people that handle the Service Contract to see about it being cancelled.. Will try and follow up. This is obviously where they make their money.

I bought my vehicle last month and completely forgot to leave a review for my awesome salesman...sorry about that, Chris! I went to Hiley Hyundai after a friend highly recommended working with Chris F. The only problem? I didn’t know his last name or what he looked like! So I walked into the dealership and accidentally met the other two Chris’s first (both of them were super friendly and pretty funny, by the way) before finally finding the Chris I was looking for. Once we connected, the whole process was incredibly easy. I told Chris what I needed and what I wanted, and without me having any idea what I actually wanted, he somehow picked out the perfect vehicle for me. I didn’t even have to look at anything else, it was spot on. If you’re looking for someone who really knows Hyundai, listens to what you need, and actually cares about helping you (without all the typical dealership pressure or shady tactics), definitely ask for Chris F. He’ll take care of you and make the experience smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Courage did an excellent job in the sales experience for the Porsche Cayenne we bought. The only complaint I have is the wait time for the financing to go through. This was due to the fact that it was a 2014 model. But, again, financing experience at any dealer has never been better or worse.

Okay, this is an older facility without all the excesses that are in so many new dealerships. I believe that the lower overhead results in a lower price for the customer. My sales person, Lou Margetis, was outstanding in answering my questions, making sure that I got to look at and drive all the vehicles that I was interested. Working with Lou, and Timothy Goodman, the New Car Director, I got what I thought was an excellent price on a new Kona SEL Plus, much better than any other Hyundai dealership. Then, Timothy Goodman made sure that I was taking advantage of all the Hyundai specials, and another $1000 came off - wow, now I had a deal that I could not refuse. I bought the Kona and drove it home that evening. Then, a few days later, Katarina, their customer relations specialist followed up, and was very helpful in answering a few questions and was sincerely interested that everything went well. It was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend this dealership. Finally, I was also very impressed that this dealership was taking the Covid-19 issue very seriously and making sure everyone was safely taken care of.
