I bought my vehicle last month and completely forgot to leave a review for my awesome salesman...sorry about that, Chris! I went to Hiley Hyundai after a friend highly recommended working with Chris F. The only problem? I didn’t know his last name or what he looked like! So I walked into the dealership and accidentally met the other two Chris’s first (both of them were super friendly and pretty funny, by the way) before finally finding the Chris I was looking for. Once we connected, the whole process was incredibly easy. I told Chris what I needed and what I wanted, and without me having any idea what I actually wanted, he somehow picked out the perfect vehicle for me. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Jason Perez at Hyundai Burleson. He was very honest and kind. I had been looking for a new Palisade of Kia Telluride which were very difficult to find in this market. Jason kept me up to date on the availability they had of Palisades. When it came time to purchase it, Jason was upfront and honest about the price, which was actually a better price than what the other DFW Hyundai dealers were offering. I bought a used Chrysler 200 from them and did not buy the extended warranty. I just had the warranty that comes with used cars there. Anyway the alternator went out and the Chrysler computer needed reset. The car had to go to Chrysler for that repair. Pricilla was my service advisor and kept me up to date with everything going on with my car. Vandergriff also gave me a loaner car for 3 weeks while my car was being repaired. All I had to pay for was a new battery. I could not have been happier with thier service department.
